PRAYER

Holy Father,

You who donated to Blessed Eugenia Picco

a great love for the Eucharist

and a burning desire to become like Jesus

"Broken bread" for humanity,

also gives us the joy of serving you in our brothers

and answer the prayers

of anyone who invokes his intercession.

Lord Jesus, bread of our journey,
we thank you for the gift
by Mother Eugenia.
She was like us: thirsty for happiness and love,
surrounded by the lights of easy success,
attempted and disoriented.
You reached her and she fought and won.
By the power of your Spirit and his intercession,
we ask you for light on our way,
courage in difficulties
and strength to live in fidelity and fullness
the choices of every day.
