May 17 SAN PASQUALE BAYLON. Prayer to ask for a particular grace

Glorious San Pasquale, here we are prostrate at the foot of your altar to implore your help in our spiritual and corporal miseries. You, who always wipe away the tears of those who suffer, listen to our humble prayer from heaven, intercede for us at the Throne of the Most High and obtain the grace that we ardently desire.
It is true, the many faults committed by us make us unworthy of being fulfilled, but our hope is answered in you, in your portentous thaumaturgical virtue that has made you dear to God and lovable to men.
So listen to our voice, and we and all those who continually hear the beneficial effects of your powerful mediation, will celebrate your name for all eternity.
