AUGUST 18 SANT'ELENA. Prayer to be said today

For the care you had in taking from the ruins in which
the holy Cross of Jesus Christ was hidden, and for the amazing
miracle of the immediate and perfect healing of a dying person
with which Heaven blessed your wishes, to distinguish yourself from
all the others the wood of the common redemption, get us, or incomparable
Saint Helena, never to glory in anything other than the Cross of Jesus
Christ, and to carry the cross of sufferings with holy resignation.

Three Glory

O Glorious Saint Helena
with anguish and devotion
with which you longed
the Cross of Christ,
I beg you so that you can
give the grace of God,
to bear patiently
the travails of daily life.

Through yours
protection and intercession
i will be able to find and
carry the Cross of Jesus,
that God has placed on me,
so that it serves him in life
and enjoy His glory
forever.
