NOVEMBER 19TH SANTA MATILDE OF HACKEBORN. Today's prayer

Teach me Saint Matilde to find God

in greatness and prosperity,

and to bless him in tribulations.

Please, please, great Santa,

to obtain a sincere repentance for my sins

and a boundless confidence in goodness

merciful of God our Lord

O God, who through the prayer and the glorious life of your Saints and especially of Saint Matilde, you have called our fathers in the admirable light of the Gospel, grant that we too live in the commitment for a new evangelization of this third Christian millennium and, overcoming the dangers of the evil one, we grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns for ever and ever. Amen.
