June 23 San Giuseppe Cafasso. Prayer for help

Beloved San Giuseppe Cafasso,
you who were the apostle of the masons,
prisoners, death row inmates,
of the poor people of your time,
grant that those who lead a life of misery
may feel the love of God near them.

We entrust above all those who have
the prison of sin in the heart
or who are imprisoned because of their mistakes;
intercede sincere repentance for all
and the power of God's mercy.

Intercede for us the gift of sincere faith,
of a living hope, of a faithful charity.

Get us from the Lord,
through your powerful intercession,
the graces that our life needs,
and watch over and protect our loved ones.
