PRAYER FOR CHILDREN

Lord Jesus,

you wanted to be born baby,

and you invited men

to imitate the simplicity of children.

You loved and blessed them

when they were introduced to you,

and you said:

"Let the children come to me!"

For merits

of San Giacomo della Marca,

that we invoke

as their special protector,

defend our children.

Let them grow healthy

and in your grace. Amen.
