4 things of faith to remember when you are afraid

Remember that God is greater than your fears

4 things of faith to remember. “There is no fear in love; but perfect love drives out fear, because fear implies torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love ”(1 John 4:18).

When we live in the light of God's love and remember who we are and who we are, the fear must go. Dwell on God's love today. Grab this verse and tell yourself the truth about the fear you have or the fear that holds you back. God is greater than fear. Let him take care of you.

Pope Francis: we must pray

Remember that God is always with you

“Do not be afraid, because I am with you; Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will support you with my righteous right ”(Psalm 41:10).

God is the only one who can support you through the fears of life. As friends change and family dies, God remains the same. He is firm and strong, always clinging to His children. Let God hold your hand and proclaim the truth about who he is and what he does. God is with you even now. That's where you'll find the strength to make it.

4 things of faith to remember: God is your light in the dark

4 things of faith to remember. “The Lord is my light and my salvation; Who should I be afraid of? The Eternal is the strength of my life; Who will I be afraid of? "(Psalm 27: 1).

Sometimes it is good to remember all that God is for you. It is your light in the dark. It is your strength in weakness. When the fear increases, raise your light and your strength. Not in a battle cry "I can do it", but in a victory cry "God will do it". The battle is not about us, it is about Him. When we change our focus on all that is, we begin to see a glimmer of hope.

4 things of faith to remember: cry out to God

"God is our refuge and our strength, a very present helper in trouble" (Psalm 46: 1).

When you feel alone, as if God is not listening or near, your heart needs to be reminded of the truth. Don't get stuck in a cycle of pity and isolation. Cry out to God and remember that it is close.

When we pray to the Word of God for the fears of life, we find freedom from fear. God is stronger and more capable of overcoming your fears, but you must use the right tools. It is not our strength or strength or power, but it is His. It is he who will help us weather every storm.
