6 ways angels are working for you

God's heavenly messengers are working in your favor!

In Scripture we are told that angels have many roles. Some of them include being God's messengers and sacred warriors, watching history unfold, praising and worshiping God, and being guardian angels - protecting and leading people on behalf of God. The Bible tells us that God's angels are delivering messages. , accompanying the suns, providing protection and even fighting His battles. The angels who were sent to deliver messages began their words by saying "Don't be afraid" or "Don't be afraid". Most of the time, however, God's angels operate discreetly and do not draw attention to themselves while carrying out the God-given commission. Although God has called His heavenly messengers to work on His behalf, He also has called the angels to work in our lives in very profound ways. There are many miraculous stories of angelic guardians and protectors helping Christians around the world. Here are six ways angels work for us.

They protect you
Angels are the protectors sent by God delivered by God to guard and fight for us. This means they are working on your behalf. There are many tales in which angels protected someone's life. The Bible tells us: “For He will command His angels concerning you to keep you in all your ways. On their hands they will carry you upward, so as not to strike your foot against a stone ”(Psalm 91: 11-12). For Daniel's protection, God sent his angel and shut the lion's mouths. God commands His faithful messengers who are closest to Him to protect us in all our ways. God offers his pure and selfless love through the use of his angels.

They communicate God's message

The word angel means "Messenger" so it is probably not surprising that there are many times in Scripture where God chooses angels to carry His message to His people. Throughout the Bible we find angels involved in communicating the truth or God's message as directed by the Spirit of God. In a number of passages in the Bible, we are told that angels were tools used by God to reveal His Word, but that's only part of the story. There are many times when angels have appeared to announce an important message. While there are times when angels have sent words of comfort and reassurance, we also see angels carrying warning messages, telling judgments, and even executing judgments.

They watch you

The Bible tells us: “… for we are a sight to the world, to angels and to men” (1 Corinthians 4: 9). According to Scripture, many eyes are upon us, including the eyes of angels. But the implication is even greater than that. The Greek word in this passage translated as show means "theater" or "public assembly". Angels acquire knowledge through a long observation of human activities. Unlike humans, angels don't have to study the past; they have experienced it. Therefore, they know how others have acted and reacted in situations and can predict with a great degree of accuracy how we can act in similar circumstances.

They encourage you

Angels are sent by God to encourage us and to try to guide us on the path we must travel. In Acts, angels encourage Jesus' early followers to begin their ministry, free Paul and others from prison, and facilitate encounters between believers and non-believers. We also know that God can help angels with great strength. The apostle Paul calls them "mighty angels" (2 Thessalonians 1:17). The power of a single angel was partially demonstrated on the morning of the resurrection. "And behold, there was a great earthquake, for the angel of the Lord came down from heaven and came and rolled the stone away from the door and sat down" (Matthew 28: 2). Although angels may excel in strength, it is important to remember that only God is the almighty. Angels are powerful but omnipotence is never attributed to them.

They free you

Another way angels work for us is through liberation. Angels are actively involved in the life of God's people. They have specific functions and it is a blessing that God sends them to respond in our specific times of need. One way God frees us is through the ministry of angels. They are on this Earth right now, having been sent to assist our needs as the heir of salvation. The Bible tells us, "Aren't all the angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?" (Hebrews 1:14). Due to this specific role in our life, they can warn us and protect us from harm.

They take care of us at death

There will come a time when we will move into our heavenly homes and be assisted by angels. They are with us in this transition. The main scriptural teaching on this subject comes from Christ himself. Describing the beggar Lazarus in Luke 16, Jesus said, "Thus it was that the beggar died and was carried by angels to Abraham's bosom," referring to Heaven. Notice here that Lazarus was not simply escorted to heaven. The angels took him there. Why would the angels provide this service at the time of our death? Because angels are commissioned by God to take care of His children. Even if we don't see them, our lives are surrounded by angels and they are here to assist us in our times of need, including death.

God loves us so much that he sends his angels to guard, guide and protect us through the various stages of our life. Although we may not know or immediately see that angels are around us, they are there under God's guidance and work to help us in this life and the next.
