7 generations of a family get married in the same church

A Manchesterin England, a couple married in the church that saw six more generations of the same family join in marriage.

In 2010 the 25 year old Daryl McClure married the 27-year-old Dean Sutcliffe and thus became the seventh generation to marry in the same church since 1825.

The bride then explained that the local Church is part of a tradition that dates back centuries. The marriage registers have allowed, in fact, to confirm that the first marriage of the bride's family dates back to 1825.

Since then, the little Church, built in the XNUMXth century, remained the same place for the baptisms, weddings and funerals of his family.

“The church is important to me and my family. I was baptized here, my grandfather was buried there and many family members got married here, ”the bride said to The Telegraph.
