My most powerful Defender, holy Angel my Guardian, who by assiduously discovering the pitfalls of the devil in the deceptions of the world and in the enticements of the flesh, I facilitate his victory and triumph, I greet you and thank you, together with all the chorus of Virtues from supreme God destined to work miracles and to push men on the path of holiness, and instantly I ask you to help me in all dangers, to defend myself in all assaults, so that I can walk safely in the life of all virtues, especially humility, purity, obedience and charity, which are the most dear to you, and the most indispensable to health.

Angel of God, who you are my custodian, illuminate, guard, rule and govern me, who was entrusted to you by heavenly piety.
