Advice on how to say the Rosary when you don't have time

Sometimes we think that praying is a complicated thing ...
Given that it is possibly good to pray the Rosary devoutly and on my knees, I have decided that praying the Rosary every day will be a priority in my life. If you think you don't have 20 minutes to sit and recite prayers to Mary and meditate on the mysteries of the life of her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, I will find 20 minutes on your full agenda. Keep in mind that you don't have to recite the five mysteries on an ongoing basis. You can divide them during the day, and you don't need to bring a rosary with you, because you have 10 fingers that will help you do it.
Here are 9 perfectly appropriate occasions to say the Rosary TODAY, however full your day is.

1. While running
Are you used to running regularly? Accompany your physical activity by reciting the Rosary, instead of listening to music. On the Internet you can find many podcasts (mp3) and applications that will allow you to listen and pray while running.
2. By car
It is surprising how I learned to recite the Rosary as I move from one side to the other, while I go to the supermarket, to get petrol, to take the children to school or to work. Traveling by car generally lasts more than twenty minutes, so I take advantage of it actively. I use a CD with the Rosary and I recite it while I listen to it. It makes me feel like I'm praying in a group.
3. While cleaning
Pray while vacuuming, fold clothes, dust or wash dishes. As you do so, you can intercede and bless with your prayers all those who will benefit from your efforts for a cleaner and more organized home.
4. While walking the dog
Do you take your dog for a walk every day? Taking advantage of the length of the walk to recite the Rosary is much better than letting your mind wander senseless. Keep her focused on Jesus and Mary!
5. On your lunch break
Take a rest each day to have lunch and sit in silence to recite the Rosary. In the summer months you could do it outdoors and contemplate the beauties of nature that God has given us.
6. Walking alone
Once a week, think about reciting a Rosary while walking. Hold the rosary in your hand and walk to the rhythm of the prayer. Other people may see you doing it, so you will have to be brave and give a cheerful testimony of prayer. A priest from my parish used to do it in visible places in the city and it was incredibly powerful to see him pray as he walked before everyone's eyes.
