CROWN IN HONOR OF THE SS TRINITA '

It is one of the most beautiful prayers in honor of the SS. Trinity: a wreath of invocations and praises taken from Sacred Scripture and the Liturgy which open the heart to adoration, thanksgiving and love for the three divine Persons; it is a solemn echo of the "Holy Holy Saint" that the Angels and Saints sing in heaven, fills the universe and finds joyful resonance in the heart of man; it is "a single uninterrupted song of praise and glory to the Holy Trinity".

FIRST PART
In the first part we pray and thank the Father who, in his wisdom and goodness, created the universe and, in the mystery of his love, gave us the Son and the Holy Spirit.

To him, source of love and mercy, we say:

V. Holy God, Strong God, Immortal God,

R. Have mercy on us.

PRAYER to the FATHER
Blessed are You, Lord, beloved Father, because in your infinite wisdom and goodness you created the universe and with particular love you bent over man, elevating him to the participation of your own life.

Thank you, good Father, for giving us Jesus, your Son, our savior, friend, brother and redeemer and the consoling Spirit.

Give us the joy of experimenting in the journey towards you, your presence and your mercy, so that our whole life may be for you, Father of life, endless principle, Supreme Goodness and Eternal Light, hymn of glory, praise, love and thanks.

Our father…

V. To you praise, to you glory, to you thanks in the centuries, O blessed Trinity.

R. Holy, Holy, Holy the Lord God of the universe. The heavens and the earth are full of your glory. (The two previous invocations are repeated 9 times)

Glory to the Father ...

PART TWO
We turn to the Son who, to carry out the Father's will and redeem the world, made himself our brother and, in the supreme gift of the Eucharist, remained always with us. To him, source of new life and peace, with a heart full of hope, we say:

V. Holy God, Strong God, Immortal God,

R. Have mercy on us.

PRAYER to the SON
Lord Jesus, eternal Word of the Father, give us a clear heart to contemplate the mystery of your Incarnation and your gift of love in the Eucharist. Let us, faithful to our baptism, live our faith with persevering coherence; ignite in us the love that makes us one with you and the brothers; wrap us in the light of your grace; give us an abundance of your immolated life for us.

To you, our Redeemer, to the Father rich in goodness and mercy, to the Holy Spirit, a gift of infinite love, praise, honor and glory in eternal centuries. Our father…

V. To you praise, to you glory, to you thanks in the centuries, O blessed Trinity.

R. Holy, Holy, Holy the Lord God of the universe. The heavens and the earth are full of your glory. (The two previous invocations are repeated 9 times)

Glory to the Father ...

PART THREE
Finally, we abandon ourselves to the Holy Spirit, the divine breath that vivifies and renews, an inexhaustible source of communion and peace that pervades the Church and lives in every heart. To him, the seal of infinite love, we say:

V. Holy God, Strong God, Immortal God,

R. Have mercy on us.

PRAYER to the HOLY SPIRIT
Spirit of Love, gift of the Father and the Son, come to us and renew our life. Make us docile to your divine breath, ready to follow your suggestions in the ways of the Gospel and of love. Sweet guest of hearts, tell us of the splendor of your light, instill trust and hope in us, turn us into Jesus because, living in him and with him, we can be always and everywhere fervent witnesses of the Holy Trinity.

Our father…

V. To you praise, to you glory, to you thanks in the centuries, O blessed Trinity.

R. Holy, Holy, Holy the Lord God of the universe. The heavens and the earth are full of your glory. (The two previous invocations are repeated 9 times)

Glory to the Father ...

ANTIPHON
Blessed be the Holy Trinity, who creates and governs the universe, blessed now and always.

V. Glory to you, Holy Trinity,

R. You give us mercy and redemption.

Let us pray O God the Father, who sent your Son, the Word of truth, and the sanctifying Spirit into the world to reveal to men the mystery of your life, let us in the profession of true faith recognize the glory of the Trinity and adore the only God in three Persons; make the gift of your salvation shine upon us, and breathe a new breath of your love into our hearts. For Christ our Lord. Amen.

CONCLUSION
I BELIEVE IN YOU, I HOPE IN YOU, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU

OR BLESSED TRINITY.
