Use the Rosary Crown.

In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

On the coarse grains of the Pater say:

“Let the Precious Blood of Jesus descend on me, to fortify me and, on Satan to bring it down! Amen."

On the small grains of the Ave recite:

"Hail Mary, Mother of Jesus, I entrust myself to you".

Finally recite: Pater, Ave, Gloria.
