You will be depressed! "His pain suffices for each day." Meditation by Viviana Maria Rispoli

Depression-care

How many of us are not satisfied with having the tribulations and problems of the day but naively we expose ourselves to very serious temptations by letting our thoughts run free rein in the future imagining dramatic situations from horror films or Greek tragedy, and panic attacks, not to mention despair and an inability to imagine anything that could give us relief and hope, and we begin to slide on the insidious ways of depression, of the fear that immobilizes you, of the sometimes deadly sadness of suicide, the temptation par excellence. Yet Jesus made it clear "his pain suffices each day", why? Because to imagine the future there are many deceptions, for example I had caught it only once! to say one: I spent a lifetime trembling at the idea of losing my parents, think that when I was a child I went to school if I forgot to kiss my parents before leaving home I spent a hellish morning thinking "if they die they don't I didn't even say goodbye "and even as a girl if I heard a siren sound I ran home to see if something had happened to one of them ... I admit, I was a little paranoid but who for one reason or another is not, This is to tell you that when Jesus took them I was ready, his grace assisted me one hundred percent. This is why the Lord warns us to worry about the future, because first we do not get it right and secondly because the grace of God assists us with an overabundant and divine power in difficult times. So I give you a dispassionate advice: When gloomy thoughts appear block them at the entrance of your brain and send them back to that country, you know certain thoughts where they go to parry and you also know that if Jesus told us that his pain is enough for each day, this must be enough.
