Devotion to Jesus that you have to do every day, the graces will come

DEVOTION OF THE ACT OF LOVE OF GOD
An act of love of God is the greatest and most precious action that can take place in Heaven and on earth; it is the most powerful and effective means of arriving quickly and easily to the most intimate union with God and to the greatest peace of soul.

An act of perfect love of God immediately completes the mystery of the union of the soul with God. This soul, even if guilty of the greatest and most numerous faults, with this act immediately acquires the grace of God, with the condition of subsequent Sacramental Confession, to be done as soon as possible.

This act of love purifies the soul of venial sins, since it gives forgiveness of guilt and condones its pains; it also restores the merits lost through gross negligence. Those who fear a long Purgatory often do the act of love of God, so they can cancel or minimize their Purgatory.

The act of love is a very effective means of converting sinners, of saving the dying, of freeing souls from Purgatory, of being useful to the whole Church; it is the simplest, easiest and shortest action you can do. Just say with faith and simplicity:

My God, I love you!

The act of love is not an act of feeling, but of will.

In pain, suffered with peace and patience, the soul expresses its act of love thus:

«My God, because I love you, I suffer everything for you! ».

In work and external concerns, in the fulfillment of daily duty, it is expressed thus:

My God, I love you and I work with you and for you!

In solitude, isolation, humiliation and desolation, it is expressed thus:

My God, thank you for everything! I am similar to the suffering Jesus!

In the shortcomings he says:

My God, I'm weak; forgive me! I take refuge in you, because I love you!

In the hours of joy he exclaims:

My God, thank you for this gift!

When the hour of death approaches, it is expressed as follows:

My God, I loved you on earth. I look forward to loving you forever in Heaven!

The act of love can be accomplished with three degrees of perfection:

1) Having the will to suffer every pain, even death, rather than seriously offending the Lord: My God, death, but not sins!

2) Having the will to suffer every pain, rather than consenting to a venial sin.

3) Always choose the one that is most pleasing to the good God.

Human works, considered in themselves, are nothing before the eyes of God, if they are not embellished with divine love.

Children have a toy, called a kaleidoscope; in it many admired colorful designs look, which always vary, every time they move it. No matter how many movements the small instrument undergoes, the designs are always regular and beautiful. However, they are formed only of pieces of wool or paper or glass of different colors. But inside the tube there are three mirrors.

Here is a wonderful image of what happens with regard to small actions, when they are performed for the love of God!

The Holy Trinity, depicted in the three mirrors, projects such rays on them that these actions form different and wonderful designs.

As long as the love of God reigns in a heart, all is well; the Lord, looking at the soul as if through himself, finds the human flakes, that is, our poor actions, even minimal, always beautiful in his eyes.
