O Holy Family of Nazareth, Jesus Mary and Joseph, our family consecrates itself to you, for all life and eternity. Arrange for our home and our hearts to be a cenacle of prayer, peace, grace and communion. Amen.
O Most Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, hope and consolation of Christian families, welcome ours: we consecrate it entirely and forever.
Bless all the members, direct them all according to the desires of your hearts, save them all.
We beseech you for all your merits, for all your virtues, and above all for the love that unites you and for what you bring to your adopted children.
Never allow any of us to fall into hell.
Recall to you those who had the misfortune to abandon your teachings and your love.

Jesus, or Joseph, or Mary, or Sacred and most lovable Family who reigns triumphantly in heaven, look benignly upon this family of ours who is now prostrate before you, in the act of devoting himself entirely to your service, your exaltation and your love, and welcome his prayer mercifully. We, Divine Family, earnestly desire that your ineffable holiness, your great power and your excellence be known and revered by all. We also wish that you, with your loving and all-powerful patronage, come to reign among us and above us who, as faithful subjects, intend and want to dedicate ourselves all to you and constantly pay you the homage of our servitude. Yes, O Jesus, Joseph and Mary, dispose of us and all our things from now on, according to your most holy will, and as at your nods you have the Angels ready and obedient in heaven, so we promise that we will always seek to please you and we will be happy to always live in accordance with your saints and heavenly customs and to please your taste in all our actions. Blessed Family of Jesus, Joseph and Mary, do not want to treat us as we unfortunately deserve, for the offenses we have brought you with so many of our sins, but in exchange forgive us, as we for your love intend to forgive all our offenders, and we promise you that from now on we will sacrifice everything to preserve harmony with everyone, but especially among us family members. O Jesus, or Joseph, or Mary, do not allow the enemies of all good to prevail against us; but free each of us and our family from any real evil, both temporal and eternal. We therefore, all united here together, as one heart and one soul, sincerely dedicate ourselves to you, and from this moment on we promise to serve you faithfully and to live all consecrated to your service and to your glory. In all our needs, with all the confidence and trust you deserve, we will appeal to you.
