Devotion to Jesus: Our Lady shows us which prayer to say to obtain thanks
The Rosary of Jesus is the reminder of the 33 years of his life. In Herzegovina this Rosary was often recited, especially during Lent. In the past, the Rosary contained a specific passage that was recited for each year of Jesus, before the Our Father. More recently, the recitation of this Rosary has been limited to only 33 Our Father, plus some additions to the Creed.
During a 1983 apparition to the visionary Jelena Vasilj, Our Lady gave not only the shape, but also the suggestions on how to say this Rosary
1. HOW TO RECITE THE ROSARY OF JESUS
a) contemplate the mysteries about the life of Jesus helped by a brief introduction. Our Lady urges us to pause in silence and to reflect on every single mystery. The mystery of the life of Jesus must speak to our heart ...
b) for each mystery a particular intention must be expressed
c) after the particular intention has been expressed, he recommends opening the heart together to spontaneous prayer during contemplation
d) for each mystery, after this spontaneous prayer, a suitable song is chosen
e) after the singing, the 5 Our Father are recited (except for the seventh mystery which ends with 3 Our Father)
f) after which, exclaim: «O Jesus, be strength and protection for us! ».
The Virgin recommended to the visionary not to add or take anything away from the mysteries of the Rosary. That everything remains as explained by you. Below we report the full text received by the little seer.

We contemplate "the birth of Jesus". We need to talk about the birth of Jesus ... Intention: let us pray for peace

Intention: we pray for the Holy Father and for the Bishops
3nd Mystery:
They contemplate "Jesus totally entrusted himself to the Father and carried out His Will"
Intention: we pray for priests and for all those who serve in a particular way
4nd Mystery:
We contemplate "Jesus knew he had to lay down his life for us and he did it without regrets, because he loved us"
Intention: we pray for families
5nd Mystery:
We contemplate "Jesus made his life a sacrifice for us"
Intention: we pray that we too may be able to offer our life for our neighbor
6nd Mystery:
We contemplate «the victory of Jesus: Satan has won. It has risen"
Intention: let us pray that all the sins are eliminated, so that Jesus can rise again in our hearts
7nd Mystery:
We contemplate "the Ascension of Jesus to heaven"
Intention: let us pray that the will of God will triumph so that His will may be done.
After that, we contemplate how "Jesus sent us the Holy Spirit"
Intention: let us pray that the Holy Spirit descend.
