Devotion to the Angels: Three Saints with different experiences on the Guardian Angels. Here are which

In the florets of SAN FRANCESCO we read that one day an angel appeared in the concierge of the monastery to speak with Brother Elia.
But pride had made Fra Elia unworthy to speak with the angel. At that moment St. Francis returned from the woods, who scolded Brother Elias with these words:
- It hurts, proud Brother Elias, to drive away from us the holy angels who come to teach us. In truth, I fear very much that this pride of yours will end up getting you out of our Order "
And so it happened, as St. Francis had predicted, because Fra Elia died outside the Order.
On the same day and at the same time when the angel left the monastery, the same angel appeared in the same way to Fra Bernardo who was returning from Santiago and was on the bank of a large river. He greeted him in his language:
- God give you peace, my good friar!
Fra Bernardo could not hold back his amazement seeing the grace of this young man with a festive appearance and hearing him speak in his language with a greeting of peace.
- Where do you come from, good young man? Bernardo asked.
- I come from the house where St. Francis is located. I went to talk to him; but I could not, because he was in the woods absorbed in contemplation of the divine things. And I didn't want to disturb him. In the same house are the friars Maseo, Gil and Elia.
Then the angel said to Fra Bernardo:
- Why don't you go the other way?
- I'm afraid, because I see that the water is very deep.
"Let's go together, don't be afraid," said the angel.
And taking him by the hand, in an instant equivalent to blinking, he took him to the other side of the river. Then Fra Bernardo realized that he was an angel of God and exclaimed with candor and joy:
- O blessed angel of God, tell me what is your name?
- Why do you ask for my name, which is wonderful? "
Having said this, he disappeared, leaving Fra Bernardo full of consolation so much that he made that whole journey full of joy (19).

Of SANTA ROSA DE LIMA (1586-1617), it is said that sometimes he sent his angel to do errands, and he faithfully carried them out. One day her mother was ill and Santa Rosa went to see her.
Seeing her a little "spoiled", her mother commanded a black employee to go and buy a real one of chocolate and half real sugar to give it to her daughter. But Rosa said to her: "No, my mother, do not give her this money: it would be wasted, because Donna Maria de Uzátegui will send me these things."
Shortly thereafter, there was a knock on the door that opened onto the street, as it was already very late. They went to open and a black servant of Donna Maria de Uzátegui entered, with a chocolat and delivered it by that lady ...
Of what had happened she left this testimony admired and asked her daughter Rosa politely: - How did you know they would send you that chocolate?
She replied: Look, my mother, when there is such an urgent need as this I had now, as your grace well knew, it is enough to tell the guardian angel; so did my guardian angel, as he did on several other occasions. "
Of this, this witness was admired and frightened to see what had happened. This is true and declares before this judge and under said oath that this is true, and both signed it, the bachelor Luis Fajardo Maria de Oliv, in front of me, Jaime Blanco, public notary (21).

SANTA MARGHERITA MARIA DI ALACOQUE recounts: Once, while I was doing the traditional work of carding wool, I retired to a small courtyard that was next to the tabernacle of the Blessed Sacrament, where, working on my knees, I felt in an instant totally collected internally and outwardly and the adorable Heart of my adorable Jesus suddenly appeared to me, brighter than the sun. He was surrounded by the flames of his pure love, surrounded by the seraphim who sang in an admirable chorus: "Love triumphs, love rejoices, joy spreads, its Heart".
These blessed spirits invited me to join them in praising the Sacred Heart by telling me that they had come to join me with the intent to pay him a continuous homage of love, adoration and praise and for this purpose they would have taken my place before Most Blessed Sacrament so that I could, through them, love him relentlessly and they, in turn, share in my love by suffering in my person as I would have enjoyed in theirs.
At the same time they signed this link in the Sacred Heart of Jesus with golden letters and with the indelible characters of love (24).
