Devotion to the Saints: prayer to Saint Anthony for a special grace

Request:

Admirable Saint Anthony, glorious for the fame of miracles and for Jesus' predilection, who came in the guise of a child to rest in your arms, obtain from him his goodness the grace that I ardently desire within my heart. You, so compassionate towards miserable sinners, do not pay attention to my demerits, but to the glory of God, who will once again be exalted by you and to my eternal salvation, not separated from the request that I am now soliciting.

(Say the grace in your heart)

May my charity pledge my gratitude to the needy with whom, through the grace of Jesus the Redeemer and through your intercession, I have given myself to enter the kingdom of heaven. Amen.

Thanksgiving:

Glorious thaumaturge, father of the poor, you who prodigiously discovered the heart of a miser immersed in gold, for the great gift obtained of having your heart always turned to misery and unhappy people, you who offered my prayers to the Lord and for your intercession has been granted, welcome the offer I place at your feet in relief of misfortune as a sign of my gratitude.

It is beneficial to the suffering, as to me; rush to help everyone to help us in temporal needs, but above all in spiritual ones, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Recite "O blessed tongue":

O glorious tongue! O prodigious language! The good Lord wanted to miraculously keep you intact as a reward for your merits on this earth. Take advantage of these merits to my advantage! Speak, glorious St. Anthony to the Lord for me! The good Lord has kept your Language intact so that you spoke a voice that excited my trust in you. And I have so much !.

I expect everything from you. Therefore I turn to you, to obtain this grace for me. Talk to God for me; if this grace is for the good of my soul, the good Lord will certainly not deny it to you and I will praise your name by helping your orphans. I will thank you especially by doing everything to come to Heaven to sing united with your Language eternal praise to our good God. So be it.

O blessed tongue that you have so blessed the Lord and made you bless him by many now you can clearly see how much grace you have found with God.

Pray for us glorious Saint Anthony

Because we are made worthy of the promises of Christ.

O Almighty God, You alone perform wonders and miracles; ago we pray that, as you have preserved the language of St. Anthony uncorrupted after his death, your confessor, so we can always bless and praise you for his merits and his example. For Christ our Lord. Amen
