Devotion to the Sacred Heart: the message of Jesus to all souls

“Not for you I speak, but for all those who will read my words .. My words will be light and life for an incalculable number of souls. All will be printed, read and preached, and I will give them a special grace to illuminate and transform souls..the world ignores the mercy of my Heart! I want to use you to make it known. You will transmit my words to souls .. my Heart finds its consolation in forgiving .. men ignore the mercy and goodness of this Heart, here is my greatest pain.
I want the world to be saved, that peace and union reign among men. I want to reign and I will reign through the reparation of souls and a new knowledge of my Goodness, my Mercy and my Love "

Words of Our Lord to Sister Josefa Menendez

THE WORLD LISTEN AND READ
«I want the world to know my Heart. I want men to know my love. Do men know what I've done for them? They know that in vain they seek happiness outside of Me: they will not find it ...
«I address my invitation to everyone: to consecrated souls and lay people, to the just and sinners, to the learned and ignorant, to those who command and those who obey. To all I say: if you want happiness, I am happiness. If you are looking for wealth, it is endless wealth. If you desire peace, I am Peace ... I am Mercy and Love. I want to be your king.
«I want my Love to be the sun that illuminates and the heat that warms souls. So I want my words to be made known. I want the whole world to know that I am a God of Love, of forgiveness, of mercy. I want the whole world to read my ardent desire to forgive and to save, that the most miserable do not fear ... that the most guilty do not run away from Me ... that everyone will come. I wait for them as a Father, with open arms to give them life and true happiness.
"The world listen and read these words:" A father had one son.
«Powerful, rich, surrounded by a large number of servants, of all that makes the decorum and comfort and comfort of life, they lacked nothing to be happy. The father was enough for the son, the son for the father, and both found full happiness in each other, while their generous hearts turned with delicate charity towards the miseries of others.

«One day, however, it happened that one of the servants of that excellent master fell ill. The illness worsened so much that, in order to remove it from death, assiduous care and energetic remedies were needed. But the servant lived in his house, poor and alone.
"What to do for him? ... Abandon him and let him die? ... The good master cannot resolve this thought. Send him one of the other servants? ... But will his heart be able to rest in peace on pre-summer care more out of interest than affection?
«Full of compassion, he calls his son and confides his anxieties to him; exposes the conditions of that poor man about to die. He adds that only assiduous and loving care could make him health and ensure long life.
The son, whose heart beats in unison with that of his father, offers himself, if such is his will, to take care of him himself with all vigilance, sparing neither pain, nor effort, nor vigils, until he brings him back to health. The father agrees; makes the sacrifice of the sweet companionship of this son, who, by withdrawing from his fatherly mind, becomes a servant and descends to the house of him, who is actually his servant.

«He thus spends several months at the bedside of the sick, watching over him with delicate attention, giving him a thousand treatments and providing not only for what he needs to heal, but also for his well-being, until he reaches his strength .
«The servant, then, full of admiration at the sight. about what his master has done for him, he asks him how he can express his gratitude and correspond to such wonderful and distinguished charity. «The son advises him to introduce himself to the father, and, healed as he is, to offer himself to him to be the most faithful of his servants, in exchange for his great liberality. «That man then introduces himself to the master and in the conviction of what he owes him, exalts his charity and, better still, offers to serve him without any interest, since he does not need to be paid as a servant, having been treated and loved like a son.

«This parable is only a weak image of my love for men and the response I expect from them. I will explain it gradually until everyone knows my Heart ».

Creation and sin
«God created man out of love. He placed him on earth in such conditions that nothing could be lacking his happiness down here while he waited for the eternal. But to be entitled, he had to observe the sweet and wise law imposed by the Creator.
«The man, unfaithful to this law, fell seriously ill: he committed the first sin. "The man", that is the father and the mother, the stock of mankind. All posterity was stained by its ugliness. In him the whole of humanity lost the right to perfect happiness that God had promised him and had, from then on, to suffer, suffer, die.
«Now God in his beatitude needs neither man nor his services; enough for himself. Its glory is infinite and nothing can diminish it.
«However, infinitely powerful, and also infinitely good, will man created out of love suffer and die? On the contrary, he will give him a new proof of this love and, in the face of such an extreme evil, he will apply a remedy of infinite value. One of the Three Persons of the SS. Trinity will take on human nature and divinely repair the evil caused by sin.
«The Father gives his Son, the Son sacrifices his glory by going down to earth not as a Lord, rich or powerful, but in the condition of servant, poor, child.
"You all know the life he led on earth."

Redemption
«You know how from the first moment of my Incarnation, I submitted to all the miseries of human nature.
«Child, I suffered from the cold, hunger, poverty and persecutions. In my life as a worker I was often humiliated, despised as the son of a poor fa¬legname. How many times did my adoptive father and I, after bearing the weight of a long day at work, find ourselves in the evening having gained just enough for the needs of the family! ... And so I lived for thirty years!

«Then I abandoned the sweet company of my Mother, I consecrated myself to make my Heavenly Father known by teaching everyone that God is charity.
«I have passed doing the good for the bodies and the souls; I have given health to the sick, life to the dead, to souls I have made freedom lost with sin, I have opened the doors of the true and eternal homeland to them. «Then came the time when, in order to acquire their salvation, the Son of God wanted to give his own life. «And in what way did he die? ... surrounded by friends? ... acclaimed as a benefactor? ... Dear souls, you know very well that the Son of God did not want to die like this; He who had shed nothing but love, was a victim of hatred ... He who had brought peace to the world, was the object of fierce cruelty. He who had made men free, was imprisoned, tied up, mistreated, slandered and finally died on a cross, between two robbers, despised, abandoned, poor and stripped of everything.
«So he immolated himself to save men ... so he performed the Work for which he had left the glory of his Father; the man was sick and the Son of God came down to him. Not only did it give him life, but
he acquired the strength and merit necessary to procure the treasure of eternal happiness down here.
"How did the man respond to that favor? He offered himself as the good servant in the service of the Divine Master with no other interest than that of God.
"Here one must distinguish the different responses of man to his God".

The answers of men
«Some have truly known Me and, driven by love, they have felt the lively desire to devote themselves completely and without int¬ress to my service, which is that of my Father. «They asked him what they could do greater for Him and the Father himself replied to them: - Leave your home, your goods, yourself and come to Me, to do what I will tell you.
«Others felt moved by the sight of what the Son of God did to save them ... Full of good will they presented themselves to him, asking how to correspond to his goodness and work for his interests, without however abandoning his own . «To them my Father replied:
- Observe the Law which the Lord your God has given you. Keep my Commandments without deviating either to the right or to the left, live in the peace of the faithful servants.

«Others, then, understood very little how much God loves them. However they have a little goodwill and live under his Law, but without love, for the natural inclination to good, which Grace has placed in their soul.
«These are not voluntary servants, because they did not offer themselves to the orders of their God. However, since there is no bad will in them, in many cases a clue is enough for them to lend themselves to his service.
«Others then submit to God more for interest than for love and in the strict measure necessary for the final reward, promised to those who observe the law.
«With all this, are men all dedicated to the service of their God? Are there none of those who, unaware of the great love to which they are the object, do not correspond at all to what Jesus Christ has accomplished for them?

«Alas ... Many have known and despised him ... Many do not even know who he is!
«I will tell everyone a word of love.
«I will speak first to those who do not know me, to you dear children, who since childhood have stayed away from the Father. Come. I will tell you why you don't know him; and when you understand who He is, and what loving and tender heart he has for you, you will not be able to resist his love.

«Doesn't it often happen to those who grow up far from their paternal home not to feel any affection for their parents? But if one day they experience the sweetness and tenderness of their father and mother, do they not love them even more than those who have never left the hearth?
«To those who not only do not love me, but hate and persecute me, I will only ask:
- Why this hatred? ... What have I done to you, why do you mistreat me? Many have never asked themselves this question, and now that I ask the same they will perhaps answer: - I don't know!
«Well, I will answer for you.

"If you haven't known me since your childhood, it's because nobody taught you to know me. And while you were growing up, the natural inclinations, the attraction for pleasure and enjoyment, the desire for wealth and freedom, have grown within you.
«Then, one day, you intended to talk about Me. You heard that to live according to my will, you need to love and endure your neighbor, respect his rights and his goods, submit and chain his nature: in short, live according to a law. And you, who since the early years have lived only following the whim of your will, and perhaps the impulses of the passions, you who did not know which law it was, protested forcefully: “I don't want any other law than me same, I want to enjoy and be free. "

“Here's how you started hating and persecuting me. But I who am your Father loves you; while, with so much fury you worked with me, my Heart, more than ever, was filled with tenderness for you.
"Thus, the years of your life have passed ... perhaps numerous ...

«Today I can no longer hold back my Love for you. And seeing you in open war against Him who loves you, I come to tell you what I am.
«Beloved children, I am Jesus; this name means Salvatore. Therefore I have my hands pierced by those nails which kept me stuck to the cross on which I died for your love. My feet bear the marks of the same sores and my Heart is opened by the spear that pierced it after death ...
«So I introduce myself to you to teach you who I am and what my law is ... Do not be afraid, it is - law of love ... When you know me, you will find peace and happiness. Living as an orphan is very sad ... come children ... come to your Father.
"I am your God and your Creator, your Savior ...

«You are my creatures, my children, my re¬dents, because at the cost of my life and my San¬gue I have freed you from slavery and the tyranny of sin.
«You have a great soul, immortal and made for eternal bliss; a will able to be¬ne, a heart that needs to love and be loved ...
«If you seek the fulfillment of your aspirations in land and passenger goods, you will always be hungry and you will never find the food that is fully satisfied. You will always live in struggle with yourself, sad, restless, troubled.
«If you are poor and you earn your bread through work, the miseries of life will fill you with bitterness. You will feel within yourself the hatred against your masters and perhaps you will reach the point of wanting their misfortune, so that they too will be subject to the law of work. You will feel fatigue, revolt, despair weigh on you: because life is sad and then, in the end, you will have to die ...
«Yes, considered humanly, all this is hard. But I come to show you life in a perspective opposite to what you see.
"You who devoid of earthly goods, are forced to work under the dependency of a master, to satisfy your needs, you are not slaves at all, but you were created to be free ...
«You, who seek love and always feel unsatisfied, are made to love, not what passes, but what is eternal.
"You who love your family so much, and who have to insure their well-being and happiness down here, as far as it depends on you, do not forget that if death separates you one day, it will only be for a short time ...
«You who serve a master and must work for him, love him and respect him, take care of his interests, make them bear fruit with your work and your loyalty, do not forget that it will be for a few years, since life goes on quickly and leads you there, where you will no longer be workers, but kings for eternity!
«Your soul, created by a Father who loves you, not of any love, but of immense and eternal love, will one day find in the place of endless happiness, prepared for you by the Father, the answer to all his desires.
«There you will find the reward to the job of which you would have borne the weight down here.
“There you will find the family so loved on earth and for which you have shed your sweats.
«There you will live eternally, since the earth is but a shadow that disappears and Heaven will never pass.
"There you will join your Father who is your God; if you knew what happiness awaits you!
"Perhaps listening to me you will say:" But I don't have faith, I don't believe in other life! ".
«Don't you have faith? But then if you don't believe in Me, why do you persecute me? Why do you rebel against my laws, and fight those who love me?
«If you want freedom for you, why don't you leave it to others?
«... Do you not believe in eternal life? ... Tell me if you are happy here, don't you also feel the need for something that you cannot find on earth? When you seek pleasure and reach it, you are not satisfied at all ...
"If you need affection and if you find it one day, you will soon be tired of it ...
«No, none of this is what you are looking for ... What you desire, you will certainly not find it down here, because what you need is peace, not that of the world, but that of the children of God, and how you can find it in revolt?

«That is why I want to show you where this pa¬ce is, where you will find this happiness, where you will quench that thirst that has been torturing you for so long.
«Do not rebel if you hear me say: you will find all this in the fulfillment of my Law: no, do not be frightened by this word: my Law is not tyrannical, it is a law of love ...
«Yes, my Law is of love, because I am your Father».
