Devotion to Our Lady of Medjugorje: her advice today 30 October

Message dated January 25, 1997
Dear children, I invite you to reflect on your future. You are creating a new world without God, only with your strength and that is why you are not happy, and you do not have joy in your heart. This time is my time therefore, children, I invite you again to pray. When you find unity with God, you will feel hungry for the word of God, and your heart, children, will overflow with joy. You will witness wherever you are the love of God. I bless you and repeat that I am with you to help you. Thanks for answering my call!
Some passages from the Bible that can help us understand this message.
Isaiah 55,12-13
So you will leave with joy, you will be led in peace. The mountains and hills ahead of you will erupt in shouts of joy and all the trees in the fields will clap their hands. Instead of thorns, cypress trees will grow, instead of nettles, myrtle trees will grow; this will be to the glory of the Lord, an eternal sign that will not disappear.
Wisdom 13,10-19
Unhappy are those whose hopes are in dead things and who called gods the works of human hands, gold and silver worked with art, and images of animals, or a useless stone, the work of an ancient hand. In short, if a skilled carpenter, having sawn a manageable tree, carefully scrapes all the rind and, working with suitable skill, forms a tool for the uses of life; then he collects the leftovers from his work, consumes them to prepare food and is satisfied. As he advances still, good for nothing, distorted wood and full of knots, he takes it and carves it to occupy his free time; without commitment, for pleasure, it gives it a shape, it makes it similar to a human image or to that of a cowardly animal. He paints it with lead, colors the surface red and covers every stain with paint; then, preparing a worthy home, he places it on the wall, fixing it with a nail. He takes care that he does not fall, knowing full well that he is unable to help himself; in fact, it is only an image and needs help. Yet when he prays for his possessions, for his wedding and for his children, he is not ashamed to speak to that inanimate object; for his health he invokes a weak being, for his life he prays for a dead person: for help he begs an inept being, for his journey he who cannot even walk; for shopping, work and business success, he asks for skill from one who is the most incapable of hands.
