PRAYERS TO THE GUARDIAN ANGEL
Very kind angel, my guardian, tutor and teacher, my guide and defense, my wise advisor and very faithful friend, I have been recommended to you, for the goodness of the Lord, from the day I was born until the last hour of my life. How much reverence I must, knowing that you are everywhere and always close to me! With how much gratitude I have to thank you for the love you have for me, what and how much confidence to know you my assistant and defender! Teach me, Holy Angel, correct me, protect me, guard me and guide me for the right and safe path to the Holy City of God. Do not allow me to do things that offend your holiness and your purity. Present my desires to the Lord, offer him my prayers, show him my miseries and implore me the remedy for them by his infinite goodness and by the maternal intercession of Mary Most Holy, your Queen. Watch when I sleep, support me when I am tired, support me when I am about to fall, stand me when I have fallen, show me the way when I am lost, heartened when I lose heart, illuminate me when I do not see, defend me when I am fighting and especially on the last day of my life, shield me from the devil. Thanks to your defense and your guide, finally obtain me to enter your glorious home, where for all eternity I can express my gratitude and glorify with you the Lord and the Virgin Mary, yours and my Queen. Amen.
PRAYERS
O God, who in Your mysterious Providence, send your angels from heaven to our custody and protection, let us always be supported by their help in the journey of life to reach eternal joy with them. For Christ our Lord.
My Guardian Angel, true friend, faithful companion and sure guide of mine; I thank you for that tireless charity, vigilance and patience with which you have assisted me and continually assist me in my spiritual and temporal needs.
I ask you forgiveness for the disgust that I have so often given you with disobedience to your loving advice, with resistance to your salutary admonitions, and with so little profit from your holy instructions. Continue, please, in all my life, your most benign protection, so that together with you, I may thank you bless and praise the common Lord for all eternity. So be it.
CONSECRATION TO THE GUARDIAN ANGEL
Holy guardian angel, from the beginning of my life you have been given to me as protector and companion. Here, in the presence of my Lord and my God, of my heavenly Mother Mary and of all the angels and saints I (name) poor sinner want to consecrate yourself to you.
I promise to always be faithful and obedient to God and the holy Mother Church. I promise to always be devoted to Mary, my Lady, Queen and Mother, and to take her as a model of my life.
I promise to be devoted to you too, my patron saint and to propagate according to my strength the devotion to the holy angels that is granted to us in these days as a garrison and aid in the spiritual struggle for the conquest of the Kingdom of God.
I beg you, holy angel, to grant me all the strength of divine love so that it will be inflamed, and all the strength of faith so that it will never again fall into error. Let your hand defend me from the enemy.
I ask you for the grace of Mary's humility so that she will escape all dangers and, guided by you, reach the entrance to the Father's House in heaven. Amen.
INVOCATION TO THE GUARDIAN ANGELS
Assist us, Guardian Angels, help in need, comfort in despair, light in darkness, protectors in danger, inspirers of good thoughts, intercessors with God, shields that repel the evil enemy, faithful companions, true friends, prudent advisors, mirrors of humility and purity.
Assist us, Angels of our families, Angels of our children, Angel of our parish, Angel of our city, Angel of our country, Angels of the Church, Angels of the universe. Amen.
PRAYER TO THE GUARDIAN ANGEL

O holy guardian angel, take care of my soul and my body. Light up my mind so that I know the Lord better and love him with all my heart. Assist me in my prayers so that I do not give in to distractions but pay the greatest attention to them. Help me with your advice, to see the good and do it generously. Defend me from the pitfalls of the infernal enemy and support me in temptations so that it always wins. Make up for my coldness in the worship of the Lord: do not cease to wait for my custody until he has brought me to Heaven, where we will praise the Good God together for all eternity.

S. Angelo, You protect me from birth. I entrust my heart to you: give it to my Savior Jesus, since it belongs to him alone. You are also my comforter in death! Strengthen my faith and my hope, light up my heart of divine love! Let my past life not afflict me, that my present life will not disturb me, that my future life will not frighten me. Strengthen my soul in the anguish of death; teach me to be patient, keep me in peace! Obtain the grace to taste the Bread of the Angels as the last food! Let my last words be: Jesus, Mary and Joseph; that my last breath is a breath of love and that your presence is my last comfort. Amen.
