I praise you because you are always close to me, for the bodily senses that I continuously exercise, I praise you for the breath that restores my body, for every heartbeat that you sustain. I recognize, O Mother, your great magnificence, the sublime mystery of your Incarnation that made you mother of God and our mother. I praise you, Mother, for the gift of the Holy Spirit who is always ready and solicitous with us. I praise you, O Mother, because you never abandon us even when we abandon you.
