Graciela H., 20, shared her story on the Near Death Experience Research Foundation website. Here is his story:
«I saw doctors who were agitated and intervened quickly on me… .. They checked my vital signs, they gave me cardiopulmonary resuscitation. I saw that one by one they left the room, slowly. I couldn't understand why they were acting that way. I felt good. I decided to get up. There was only one more doctor there with me, looking at my body. I decided to get closer, I was standing next to him, I felt that he was sad and his soul was devastated. I remember touching him gently on the shoulder, and then he left. ...
My body began to rise, as if being lifted by a strange force. It was fantastic, my body was getting lighter. As I passed through the roof of the operating room, I discovered that I was able to move anywhere, I wanted and I could. I was drawn to a place where ... the clouds were bright, a room or an open space .... Everything around me was light in color, very bright, my body seemed powered by energy, my chest was full of happiness….
I looked at my arms, they were the same shape, but they were made of different material. The material was like a white gas mixed with a white glow, the same glow that enveloped my body. I was beautiful. I had no mirror to see my face, but I ... I could feel that my face was cute. It was as if I had a long, simple white dress. ... My voice was a mix between that of a teenager and that of a girl ...
Suddenly a clearer light from my body approached me ... Its light blinded me, but I wanted to look at it anyway, I didn't care if I went blind ... I wanted to see who it was. He spoke to me, he had a beautiful voice and he said to me: "You cannot continue to come closer ...". I remember speaking my own language and doing it with the mind. I was crying because I didn't want to go back, he took me, he kept me…. He was quiet all the time, he gave me strength. I felt love and energy. There is no love and strength in this world to compare with that. ... He spoke to me again: “You were sent here by mistake, someone's mistake. You need to go back…. To come here, you need to do many things. ... Try to help more people. "
In the Mortuary Chamber
I opened my eyes, all around me there were metal doors, people were lying on metal tables, one body had another lying on top of him. I recognized the place: I was in the mortuary. I could feel the ice on my eyelashes, my body was cold. I could not hear anything .... I wasn't even able to move my neck or speak. I felt sleepy ... Two or three hours later, I heard voices, and I opened my eyes again. I saw two nurses. ... I knew what I was supposed to do: have eye contact with one of them. I just had the strength to blink and did it a few times. One of the nurses looked at me, frightened and said to her colleague: "Look, look, she is moving her eyes", he smiled at her and replied: "Come on, this place is scary". Inside me, I was screaming, "Please don't leave me!"
I no longer closed my eyes until one of the doctors arrived. All I heard is that he said, “Who did this? Who sent this patient to the morgue? Doctors are crazy. " I didn't close my eyes until I was sure I was far from that place. I woke up three or four days later. I couldn't speak. On the fifth day, I started to move my arms and legs ... again ... The doctors explained to me that I had no more vital signs during the surgery and that they had established that I was dead, that's why I was in the morgue when I reopened the eyes ... they helped me to walk again, and recover completely.
One of the things I learned is that there is no time to waste on doing the wrong things, we must do all the good possible for our own good ... on the other side. It is like a bank, the more you invest and earn, the more you will get in the end ».
