The history of the handkerchief

On a day like any other, Padre Pio he converses amiably with faithful and friends in the convent garden, when he suddenly realizes that he has forgotten his handkerchief. So he asks a faithful person to go and retrieve it from his cell. He hands him the key and the man goes towards the room. Once in place he notices one of the mitts of Padre Pio and puts it in his mouth. The temptation to have such an important relic was too strong to resist. But when, in front of Padre Pio, he hands him the handkerchief, the friar thanks him and tells him to go back to his cell and put back the glove he had in his pocket.

The man who mocked his wife

A woman, very Catholic and faithful, every evening she was usual kneel down in front of a photograph of Padre Pio to pray and ask for his blessing. But, like every day, her husband observed her and in front of the gesture he burst out laughing. One day the man decided to go and tell the gesture of his wife to the friar of Pietralcina. When he began to speak Padre Pio told him that he knew what her wife did, but above all he knew that the man mocked her every night.

The repentant man

One day, one practicing Catholic, much appreciated in ecclesiastical circles, went to Padre Pio to confess. To justify his conduct, she began by saying that she was having a spiritual crisis. The reality was quite different, in fact the man was a sinner, neglected his wife, blamed her and cleared his conscience in the arms of a lover. But as soon as he began to speak, angrily, Padre Pio drove him away, telling him that God was angry with him and that he was a dirty filthy.
