Thanks to Santa Rita, a family feels the presence of God and receives a great miracle

We have often talked about Santa Rita, the saint of impossible causes, loved by all and dispenser of miracles. Her mission has always been to bring God almost silently closer to men and men to God. It is precisely a miraculous approach that we want to speak to you today. To tell us about it is Giusy, a mother and a wife devoted to Santa Rita.

Giusy's story

Giusy she is married to Carlo and together they have a child of 12 years. Life flowed peacefully until the night of November 12, 2017. During the day Carlo begins to feel some flu symptoms, but nothing that would make him assume what would happen later. In the night the situation precipitates and Carlo warns shooting pains collarbone and can no longer speak.

Somehow he manages to make it clear to his wife that he had to bring it in hospital. When doctors visit him, they come diagnosed simultaneously pericarditis, myocarditis, liver and kidney infection, gallbladder and severe pleurisy. Doctors told Giusy that she had little hope of surviving.

The doctors did everything to save him, including him manual wring of the kidneys, a painful but unavoidable procedure. Despite everything, there was no sign of improvement. Within a few hours Carlo found himself suspended between the life and death and remained in that state for more than three months. Giusy decided to cling to her faith, to pray till she dropped, to ask anyone to pray for her husband's salvation.

Charles's healing

When giusy didn't go to the hospital he went to the sanctuary of Santa Rita in Milan, to pray to the saint and hope that she would listen. When she stood before her, her pain and heartbreak seemed to fade away and instead of taking it out on God for what she was experiencing to him, she began to thank him for his infinite goodness.

Il time passed between a heart attack and various complications that made the family see death in the face every night, but hope and strength thanks to the faith they had returned. Little by little the situation improved and Carlo told his wife that in the brief moments of lucidity he always prayed for his family.

 Still no doctor can explain how Carlo was able to recover and how he can live with the consequences he has had, especially at the heart level. A doctor, looking at his medical records asked the family if he believed in God because a miracle so great it could only be his doing.
