How can I get my prayers answered?

Answer my prayers: God does not listen so much to the words of my prayer as he sees the desire of my heart. What must see in my heart for my prayers to be answered?

"If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you will ask for what you desire and it will be done to you." John 15: 7. These are the same words of Jesus and will remain for all eternity. Since he said it, he is also attainable. Most people do not believe that it is possible to obtain it, that they will receive what they have prayed for. But if I doubt I rebel against the Word of Jesus.

Answer my prayers: remove the iniquity and stay in His Word

Answer to my prayers: the condition is that we abide in Jesus and that his words abide in us. The Word rules by means of the light. I am in the dark if I have something to hide, and therefore I have no power with God. Sin causes separation between God and us and hinders our prayers. (Isaiah 59: 1-2). Therefore, all sin must be removed from our life to the extent that we have the light. This is also the degree to which we will have abundant grace and power. Whoever abides in him does not sin.

"Effective prayer and fervent of a just man is very useful ”. James 5:16. David says in Psalm 66: 18-19: “If I consider iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not listen. But certainly God listened to me; He paid attention to the voice of my prayer. “Iniquity in my life ends all further progress and blessings in God, no matter how much I pray. All my prayers will receive only this answer: Remove iniquity from your life! I will find the life of Christ only to the extent that I am willing to lose my life.

The elders of Israel came and wanted to ask the Lord, but He said, "These men have established their idols in their hearts ... Should I let them question me?" Ezekiel 14: 3. Anything I love outside of God's good and acceptable will is idolatry and must be removed. My thoughts, my mind and my all must be with Jesus, and His Word must abide in me. Then I can pray for what I want and it will be done for me. What do I want? I want what God wants. God's will for us is our sanctification: that we conform to the image of His Son. If this is my desire and my heart's desire, I can be absolutely certain that my desire will be fulfilled and my prayers answered.

A deep desire to fulfill God's will

We may think we have so many unanswered prayers, but we look closely at the matter and we will find that we have prayed according to our will. If God had answered those prayers, He would have corrupted us. We will never be able to pass our will with God. This human will was condemned in Jesus and will be condemned in us too. The Spirit intercedes for us according to God's will, not according to our will.

We will always be disappointed if we seek our will, but we will never be disappointed if we seek God's will. We must be completely surrendered so that we always rest in God's plan and lead for our life. We do not always understand God's plan and will, but if it is our heart's desire to remain in His will, we will also be preserved in it, because He is our Good Shepherd and Overseer.

We don't know what we should pray for as we should, but the Spirit intercedes for us with groans that cannot be uttered. Those who search hearts know what the Spirit's desire is and make intercession for the saints according to God's will (Romans 8: 26-27). God reads the Spirit's desire in our hearts and our prayers are heard according to this desire. We will only receive a little from God if this desire is small. We only pray empty words that will not reach the throne of God if this deep desire of the heart is not behind our prayers. The desire of Jesus' heart was so great that it manifested itself in pleading and vehement cries. They poured out selflessly, pure and clear from the bottom of His heart, and He was heard because of His holy fear. (Hebrews 5: 7.)

We will receive everything we ask for if all our desire is for the fear of God, because we desire nothing but Him. He will fulfill all our desires. We will be satisfied to the same extent that we are hungry and thirsty for justice. It gives us everything related to life and devotion.

Therefore, Jesus says that we will have to pray and receive, so that our joy can be full. It is obvious that our joy will be full when we receive all that we wish to have. This puts an end to all disappointments, anxieties, discouragement, etc. We will always be happy and satisfied. All things work together for our good if we fear God. Necessary and temporary things will then be added to us as a gift. However, if we seek our own, everything will interfere with our plans and anxiety, disbelief and dark clouds of discouragement will come into our life. Therefore, become one with God's will and you will have found the way to the fullness of joy - to all the riches and wisdom in God.
