Why don't you abandon yourself to me? I know you pray for a long time, but truly and completely surrender to me. Entrust your concerns to Jesus. Listen to what he says to you in the Gospel: "Who among you, however busy he is, can add one hour to his life?" Also pray in the evening, at the end of your day. Sit in your room and say thank you to Jesus. If you watch television for a long time and read the newspapers in the evening, your head will be filled only with news and many other things that take away your peace.
