The month of February dedicated to the Holy Spirit: the chaplet to say every day

The month of February the Church has always commemorated the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Holy Trinity. This kind of devotion among Catholics is not very widespread but Jesus in his word and the Church in his teaching tells us that without the Holy Spirit we are not true children of God.

In this month of February we do this devotion and pray this chaplet every day.

God come and save me
O Lord, make haste to help me

Glory to the Father ...
As it was in the beginning ...

Come, O Spirit of Wisdom, detach us from the things of the earth, and infuse us love and taste for the things of heaven.
Holy Father, in the name of Jesus send your Spirit to renew the world. (7 times)

Come, O Spirit of Intellect, brighten our mind with the light of eternal truth and enrich it with holy thoughts.
Holy Father, in the name of Jesus send your Spirit to renew the world. (7 times)

Come, O Spirit of Council, make us docile to your inspirations and guide us on the path of health.
Holy Father, in the name of Jesus send your Spirit to renew the world. (7 times)

Come, O Spirit of Fortitude, and give us strength, constancy and victory in the battles against our spiritual enemies.
Holy Father, in the name of Jesus send your Spirit to renew the world. (7 times)

Come, O Spirit of Science, be Master to our souls, and help us put your teachings into practice.
Holy Father, in the name of Jesus send your Spirit to renew the world. (7 times)

Come, oh Spirit of Piety, come to dwell in our heart to possess and sanctify all its affections.
Holy Father, in the name of Jesus send your Spirit to renew the world. (7 times)

Come, O Spirit of Holy Fear, reign over our will, and make us always willing to suffer every evil rather than sin.
Holy Father, in the name of Jesus send your Spirit to renew the world. (7 times)

Let's pray

Your Spirit come, Lord, and transform us inwardly with His gifts:

create in us a new heart, so that we can please you and conform to your will.
For Christ our Lord. Amen

In the end, I advise you to stop for ten minutes and do a mental blank and think about how the Holy Spirit can improve your life of faith.
