The obligation does not apply to Masses, for the time "strictly necessary for the performance of the rite", so the restrictions on spacing, use of masks, hand sanitation, limitation of circulation and of the gatherings.

Il Green pass it will be mandatory for citizens, residents of the State, employees of the Governorate, the various bodies of the Roman Curia and related institutions, but also for all visitors and users of services. Checks at the entrance are the responsibility of the gendarmerie.
