A terrible fire hit the area of Potreros de Garay, province of Córdoba, in Argentina: destroyed nearly 50 huts in the same village. But surprisingly to witnesses, the fire did not affect a plot where one is located cave of the Virgin Mary.

According to local media, the fire broke out following the fall of an electric cable. Immediately, in dry ground, the flames began to advance and affect the large trees. Then, the fire went out of control.

Dozens of huts were destroyed and 120 people had to flee their homes quickly in the face of the inclement fire. More than 400 firefighters were deployed to control the spread of the flames.

However, in the same mountain village where 47 huts were completely consumed by fire, a cave of the Virgin Mary remained intact to the amazement of witnesses.

This was told by a journalist who visited the place after the fire was put out:

As the video shows, a few meters from a completely dismantled hut, and with a fallen tree less than a meter from the simulac, the grotto of the Madonna has remained intact and seems to have protected the trees that surrounded it. This is the Virgin of the Rosary of San Nicolás.
