1 - O Our Lady of Miracles and Mother my Mary, You have shown yourself so good as to honor with your presence this place that You yourself have thus destined to be the center of devout pilgrimages and source of thanks and blessings. Grant that I too may enjoy your wonderful benefits and obtain in particular that grace for which I pray you today with all my fervor.

2 - O Madonna dei Miracoli and Mother my Mary, You have chosen a simple and honest man to carry out your will and you have taught me so that humility is necessary to obtain your graces and your favors. Make it possible for me to make my heart simple and humble and thus obtain from you that grace for which I particularly pray.

3 - O Our Lady of Miracles and Mother my Mary who have welcomed and rewarded the faith and love of our fathers, who raised you this church, and you have shown yourselves generous with them in granting every grace and every benefit, look at the My faith and my love for You shows your inexhaustible generosity by granting me the grace for which I particularly beg You.
