The church is no longer a priority: what should we do?

The church it is no longer a priority: what should we do? A question that non-faithful today ask ourselves continuously. Another question might be: How can a church survive in the rapidly changing world? The church needs to do what the church is supposed to do. That's what we should always do. In simple terms it is the education and training of disciples who form and train the disciples, and who train us Christians.

These disciples are followers of Jesus who seek to see others become followers of Jesus. The basis for this comes from many points of the Bible , not the least of which Matthew 28: 18-20.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the world.

The church is no longer a priority: we must trust Jesus

The church is no longer a priority: we must trust Jesus. Faced with the increase in secularization, to the decline in biblical literacy and the decline in attendance at sacred structures, I am advocating not to attempt to reinvent the church. Instead, we have to trust the owner of the church. Jesus is omniscient and omnipotent. The sacred structures have struggled with their decline in participation by trying to be innovative. The churches, they rated their music, should we be contemporary to traditional ones? They have tried to be more sensitive to the seeker through certain intentional actions to put non-churchmen at ease. They have adopted popular commercial techniques to promote the "growth of sacred structures ".

They built ministerial silos for every age group and demographic so that there was "something for everyone ". They have reached out to the young, educated, influential and powerful in an effort to influence the culture. The list could go back and forth. Some of these things aren't bad in and of themselves, but they overlook the fact that Jesus it has provided the way for the church to remain relevant, engaged and active in an ever-changing world. Jesus wants his church to create and train disciples who make and train disciples.
