O Mary, my most amiable Mother, I offer your son to you today, and I consecrate forever to your Immaculate Heart all that remains of my life, my body with all its miseries, my soul with all its weaknesses, the my heart with all its affections and desires, all the prayers, labors, loves, sufferings and struggles, especially my death with all that will accompany it, my extreme pains and my last agony.

All this, my Mother, I unite it forever and irrevocably to Your love, to Your tears, to Your sufferings!
