This amazing woman, who loved children and family, despite being paralyzed and risked not making it, she wanted to give her life, she went beyond fear and made her dream come true.

Aniela Czekay is a woman Polish, mother of 2 children, Stefan 8 years and Casio 5 years old. On Christmas Eve 1945, the woman announced to her family that she was expecting a child. The news was greeted with joy, but also with fear and doubts, as the woman had been paralyzed for 4 years.

After years of self-imposed abstinence, Aniela had decided to return to marital intimacy. She didn't want her illness to destroy her sense of family and desire for motherhood too.

The great strength of Aniela, a courageous woman

Adam, Aniela's husband, was assailed by doubts and feelings of guilt, given that he did not know the outcome of this pregnancy, and that having to work for hours, would have burdened his mother who would have to take care not only of his wife, but also of an oncoming child.

Despite all the difficulties Aniela gave birth Joseph, a perfectly healthy child, followed by others 2 pregnancies from which 2 girls were born.

Even if her condition forced her to bed, Aniela had learned to look after her children and change their diapers, even with one hand. She died in old age, many years after her husband.
