Our Lady in Medjugorje tells you how to celebrate Christmas

Message dated December 24, 1981
Celebrate the next few days! Rejoice for Jesus who is born! Give him glory by loving your neighbor and making peace reign among you!
Some passages from the Bible that can help us understand this message.
1 Chronicles 22,7-13
David said to Solomon: “My son, I had decided to build a temple in the name of the Lord my God. But this word of the Lord was addressed to me: You have shed too much blood and made great wars; therefore you will not build the temple in my name, because you have spilled too much blood on the earth before me. Behold, a son will be born to you, who will be a man of peace; I will grant him peace of mind from all his enemies around him. He will be called Solomon. In his days I will grant peace and tranquility to Israel. He will build a temple to my name; he will be son to me and I will be father to him. I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever. Now, my son, the Lord be with you so that you will be able to build a temple to the Lord your God, as he promised you. Well, the Lord grant you wisdom and intelligence, make yourself king of Israel to observe the law of the Lord your God. Of course you will succeed, if you try to practice the statutes and decrees that the Lord has prescribed to Moses for Israel. Be strong, courage; don't be afraid and don't get down.
Ezekiel 7,24,27
I will send the fiercest peoples and seize their homes, I will bring down the pride of the powerful, the sanctuaries will be desecrated. Anguish will come and they will seek peace, but there will be no peace. Misfortune will follow misfortune, alarm will follow alarm: the prophets will ask for responses, the priests will lose the doctrine, the elders the council. The king will be in mourning, the prince cloaked in desolation, the hands of the people of the country will tremble. I will treat them according to their conduct, I will judge them according to their judgments: so they will know that I am the Lord ”.
Mt 1,18-25
This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: his mother Mary, being promised Joseph's bride, before they went to live together, found herself pregnant by the work of the Holy Spirit. Joseph her husband, who was righteous and did not want to repudiate her, decided to secretly fire her. But while he was thinking about these things, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said to him: “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary, your bride, with you, because what is generated in her comes from the Spirit Holy. She will give birth to a son and you will call him Jesus: in fact he will save his people from their sins ”. All this happened because what the Lord had said through the prophet was fulfilled: Behold, the virgin will conceive and give birth to a son who will be called Emmanuel, which means God with us. Waking up from sleep, Joseph did as the angel of the Lord had ordered and took his bride with him, who, without his knowing, gave birth to a son, whom he called Jesus.
