Our Lady in Medjugorje tells you how the Christian should use the Bible

Message dated October 18, 1984
Dear children, today I invite you to read the Bible every day in your homes: place it in a clearly visible place, so that it always stimulates you to read it and pray. Thanks for answering my call!
Some passages from the Bible that can help us understand this message.
John 7,40: 53-XNUMX
Hearing these words, some of the people said: "This is indeed the prophet!". Others said, "This is the Christ!" Others said, “Did Christ come from Galilee? Does not Scripture say that Christ will come from the lineage of David and from Bethlehem, the village of David? ”. And dissent arose among the people about him. Some of them wanted to arrest him, but nobody put his hands on him. The guards then returned to the high priests and the Pharisees and they said to them, "Why didn't you lead him?" The guards replied: "Never has a man spoken the way this man speaks!" But the Pharisees replied to them: “Perhaps you too have been fooled? Maybe some of the leaders, or among the Pharisees, believed him? But these people, who do not know the Law, are cursed! ". Then Nicodemus, one of them, who had previously come to Jesus said: "Does our Law judge a man before he has listened to him and knows what he is doing?". They said to him, “Are you also from Galilee? Study and you will see that no prophet arises from Galilee. " And they each went back to his home.
2. Timothy 3,1-16
You must also know that difficult times will come in recent times. Men will be selfish, money-loving, vain, proud, blasphemers, rebels against parents, ungrateful, without religion, without love, unfair, slanderous, intemperable, intractable, enemies of good, traitors, bold, blinded by pride, attached to pleasures more than God, with the semblance of piety, while they have denied its inner strength. Be careful of them! Some of them belong to their number, who enter the houses and catch little sins full of sins, moved by passions of all kinds, who are always there to learn, without ever being able to get to know the truth. Following the example of Iannes and Iambres who opposed Moses, they also oppose the truth: men with a corrupt mind and tried again in matters of faith. However, they will not progress further, because their foolishness will be manifested to all, as was the case for them. Instead, you followed me closely in teaching, in conduct, in purpose, in faith, in magnanimity, in love of neighbor, in patience, in persecution, in suffering, such as those I encountered in Antioch, Iconium and Listri. You know well what persecutions I suffered. Yet the Lord has freed me from all. Moreover, all those who want to live piously in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. But the wicked and the impostors will always go from bad to worse, deceiving and deceived at the same time. But you remain steadfast in what you have learned and are convinced of, knowing from whom you learned it and that you have known the sacred Scriptures since childhood: these can instruct you for salvation, which is obtained through faith in Christ Jesus In fact, all Scripture is inspired by God and useful to teach, convince, correct and train in justice, so that the man of God is complete and well prepared for every good work.
