Our Lady in Medjugorje tells you the importance of the Mass and the Eucharist

November 12, 1986
I am closer to you during the mass than during the apparition. Many pilgrims would like to be present in the room of the apparitions and therefore crowd around the rectory. When they push themselves in front of the tabernacle as they now do in front of the rectory, they will have understood everything, they will have understood the presence of Jesus, because to make communion is more than being a seer.
Some passages from the Bible that can help us understand this message.
Lc 22,7-20
The day of Unleavened Bread came, in which the victim of Easter was to be sacrificed. Jesus sent Peter and John saying: "Go and prepare Easter for us so that we can eat." They asked him, "Where do you want us to prepare it?". And he replied: “As soon as you enter the city, a man will bring you carrying a pitcher of water. Follow him into the house where he will enter and you will say to the landlord: The Master says to you: Where is the room where I can eat Easter with my disciples? He will show you a room on the upper floor, large and decorated; get ready there. " They went and found everything as he had told them and prepared Easter.

When it was time, he took his place at the table and the apostles with him, and said: “I ardently desired to eat this Easter with you, before my passion, because I say to you: I will not eat it anymore, until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God ”. And taking a cup, he gave thanks and said: "Take it and distribute it among you, for I say to you: from this moment I will no longer drink from the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God comes." Then, taking a loaf, he gave thanks, broke it and gave it to them saying: “This is my body which is given for you; Do this in memory of me". Likewise after dinner, he took the cup saying: "This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you."
