Our Lady in Medjugorje invites you to forge a bond of confidence with her

May 25, 1994
Dear children, I invite you all to have more confidence in me and to live my messages more deeply. I am with you and I intercede for you with God, but I wait for your hearts to open to my messages too. Rejoice because God loves you and gives you every day the possibility that you convert and believe more in God the creator. Thanks for answering my call.
Some passages from the Bible that can help us understand this message.
Genesis 18,22-33
Those men left and went towards Sodom while Abraham was still before the Lord. Abraham approached him and said to him: “Will you really exterminate the righteous with the wicked? Maybe there are fifty righteous in the city: do you really want to suppress them? And will you not forgive that place out of consideration for the fifty righteous who are in it? Far be it from you to make the righteous die by the wicked, so that the righteous are treated like the wicked; far from you! Perhaps the judge of the whole earth will not practice justice? ". The Lord replied: "If in Sodom I find fifty righteous within the city, for their sake I will forgive the whole city". Abraham went on and said: “See how I dare to speak to my Lord, I who am dust and ashes ... Perhaps the fifty righteous will lack five; for these five will you destroy the whole city? " He replied, "I will not destroy it if I find forty-five of them." Abraham continued to speak to him and said, "Maybe there will be forty there." He replied, "I won't do it, out of consideration for those forty." He continued: "Do not be angry with my Lord if I speak again: perhaps there will be thirty there." He replied: "I will not do it, if I find thirty there." He continued: “See how I dare to speak to my Lord! Maybe there will be twenty there. " He replied, "I will not destroy it out of regard for those winds." He continued: “Do not be angry with my Lord if I speak only once; maybe there will be ten there. " He replied, "I will not destroy it out of respect for those ten." And the Lord, as he had finished speaking with Abraham, went away and Abraham returned to his house.
Numbers 11,10-29
Moses heard the people complaining in all the families, each one at the entrance of his own tent; the indignation of the Lord flared up and it displeased Moses too. Moses said to the Lord, “Why have you treated your servant so badly? Why did I not find grace in your eyes, so much so that you put the load of all this people on me? Did I conceive all this people? Or did I perhaps bring him into the world so that you would say to me: Take him on your lap, as the nurse takes the infant, to the country that you have promised by oath to his fathers? Where would I get the meat to give to all this people? Because he complains behind me, saying: Give us meat! I cannot bear the weight of all this people alone; it is too heavy a burden for me. If you have to treat me like this, let me die rather, let me die, if I found grace in your eyes; I no longer see my misfortune! ".
The Lord said to Moses: “Gather seventy men among the elders of Israel, known to you as elders of the people and their scribes; lead them to the conference tent; introduce themselves to you. I will go down and speak with you in that place; I will take the spirit that is upon you to put it on them, so that they will carry the load of the people with you and you will no longer carry it alone. You will say to the people: Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow and you will eat meat, because you have wept in the ears of the Lord, saying: Who will make us eat meat? We were doing so well in Egypt! Well the Lord will give you meat and you will eat it. You will eat it not for a day, not for two days, not for five days, not for ten days, not for twenty days, but for a whole month, until it comes out of your nostrils and gets bored, because you have rejected the Lord who he is among you and you have wept before him, saying: Why did we come out of Egypt? ”. Moses said: “This people, among whom I am, has six hundred thousand adults and you say: I will give them meat and they will eat for a whole month! Can flocks and herds be killed for them so that they have enough? Or will all the fish from the sea gather for them so that they have enough? ”. The Lord replied to Moses: “Is the arm of the Lord shortened? Now you will see if the word I said to you will come true or not. " So Moses went out and told the people the words of the Lord; he gathered seventy men among the elders of the people and placed them around the tent of the conference. Then the Lord went down into the cloud and spoke to him: he took the spirit that was upon him and infused it on the seventy elders: when the spirit settled on them, they prophesied, but they did not do it later. Meanwhile, two men, one called Eldad and the other Medad, had remained in the camp and the spirit settled on them; they were among the members but had not gone out to go to the tent; they began to prophesy in the camp. A young man ran to report the matter to Moses and said, "Eldad and Medad prophesy in the camp." Then Joshua, son of Nun, who had been at the service of Moses since his youth, said, "Moses, my lord, forbid them!" But Moses replied: “Are you jealous for me? They were all prophets in the people of the Lord and wanted the Lord to give them his spirit! ". Moses retired to the camp, together with the elders of Israel.
