Our Lady says "this prayer is very powerful and great graces will be granted"

5 Pater and 1 Ave Maria are recited 3 times: 1) In honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus 2) In honor of the Immaculate Heart of Mary 3) Meditating on the Passion of the Lord 4) Meditating on the Sorrows of Mary Most Holy 5) In reparation for the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.

On the medal of the Two Hearts: O united Hearts of Jesus and Mary, you are all grace, all mercy, all love. May my heart be united with yours. So that my every need is present in your United Hearts.
