The prayer dictated by Jesus to Santa Matilde for the dead

Prayer dictated by Jesus to Saint Matilde to help the souls of the dead in Purgatory

Recite the following prayer with devotion and love for nine consecutive days

Our Father who art in heaven I beg you, o Heavenly Father, forgive the poor souls of purgatory, because they have not loved You, their Lord and Father, whom You, by your pure grace, have made your daughters, and have not made that honor, which they owed you, but they removed You with sin from their heart, where You always wanted to live. To wash off those debts, I offer you that love and honor, which Your Only Begotten Son has given you throughout his life on earth, and all the actions and acts of penance and satisfaction with which He has washed away the sins of men. and expiated them. Amen!
Hallowed be your name I beg you incessantly, oh good Father, forgive the poor souls, because they have not always worthily honored Your Holy name, but instead so often they had it superficially on the mouth and with a life of sin they made themselves unworthy of the name of Christians. In reparation for their sins, I offer you all the honor that your beloved Son has given you on earth with his preaching and his works for your name. Amen!
Your kingdom come I pray You, most amiable Father, forgive the poor souls, because they have not always and with great desire sought you and your kingdom with caring diligence. In reparation for their superficiality in doing good, I offer you the holy desires of your son, with whom he wishes and asks, that they too be co-heirs of his kingdom. Amen!
Thy will be done as in heaven so on earth I pray You, O most kind Father, forgive the poor souls because they have not always submitted their will to Yours and have not tried to do it in all things, but too often they lived according to their own will and so they acted. For their disobedience I offer You the perfect union of the most loving Heart of Your Son with Your most holy will, and his profound submission with which He was obedient to You until death on the cross. Amen!
Give us our daily bread today I pray You, Most Amiable Father, forgive the poor souls, because they have not always received the Blessed Sacrament of the altar with deep desire, but often without devotion or even unworthily, or have neglected to receive it. For these sins of mine I offer you the great holiness and devotion of Jesus Christ, your son, as well as his great love with which he made us this most holy gift and gave us this highest good. Amen!
Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors I beg you, very good Father, forgive the poor souls of purgatory all the debts that they have taken on themselves with the seven deadly sins, and above all, because they have not loved their enemies and did not want to forgive them. For these sins, I offer you the loving prayer which Your Son has addressed to you on the Cross for his enemies. Amen!
And do not lead us into temptation I pray You, O most kind Father, forgive the poor souls, because they so often have not offered any resistance to temptations and their passions, but have followed the evil enemy and have satisfied the desires of the flesh. For these multiple and different sins of mine I offer you the glorious victory of Jesus Christ, with whom he conquered the world, and his work, his labors, his most holy life and his bitter passion. Amen!
But deliver us from evil And for all the punishments for the merits of Your beloved Son, and lead the poor souls and us into the Kingdom of eternal glory, which is You yourself. Amen!
