The Story of Rhoan Ketu: The Boy Who Loved Jesus.

Rohan Ketu's story begins 18 years ago, when she lost her mother at the age of 3. Left with his father, an alcoholic, Rhoan lived in a serious state of neglect until he was taken in by the nuns of the House of Charity.

What the nuns found themselves in front of was a closed boy, terrified even from male voices, due to the strong trauma suffered while living with the father. He remained closed for a long time in his silence and without anyone being able to even touch him. Until little by little, he learned to enjoy life, but above all to to smile.

With all the other disabled children, Rhoan had learned to attend and love catechism, which allowed him to get to know Jesus, to believe in a greater good, even to the point of following the mass in Latin and actively participating in the mass in maharati.

Under her pillow she kept images of Padre Pio and John Paul II, and she deeply believed that her saints interceded to ease her suffering. Despite his physical suffering, he wore a contagious smile on his face, which he transmitted to all those who had the pleasure of following him.

During the agony that lasted 20 days Rohan was cradled and cared for with all the love possible by Sister Julie Pereira, the mother Superior, who took care of him for 15 years.

For Sister Julie Pereira, Rhoan was a gift, thanks to him all the nuns had the sensation of taking care of the body of Jesus, of feeling him close. They also learned how to live in spite of suffering, and learned to pray in the most sincere way they have ever known.

Rhoan was for everyone an example of patience, endurance and love. But above all an example of strength, of enthusiasm, that enthusiasm which should help everyone to reflect, and to be ashamed when one gives oneself up over trivial problems.
