The wonderful story of the saint who raised the dead

St Vincent Ferrer he is known for his missionary work, preaching and theology. But he had a rather surprising supernatural ability: he could bring people back to life. And apparently he did so on many occasions. He tells it Church Pop.

According to one of these stories, St. Vincent entered a church with a corpse inside. In front of numerous witnesses, St. Vincent simply made the sign of the cross on the corpse and the person came back to life.

In another very impressive story, Saint Vincent came across a procession of a man who was supposed to be hanged for committing a serious crime. Somehow, St. Vincent learned that the person was innocent and defended him before the authorities but without success.

Coincidentally, a corpse was being carried on a stretcher. Vincent asked the corpse: “Is this man guilty? Answer me!". The dead man immediately came back to life, sat down and said: "He is not guilty!" and then lay down on the stretcher again.

When Vincent offered the man a reward for helping to prove that man's innocence, the other said, "No, Father, I'm already sure of my salvation." And then he died again.
