Your prayer of February 5th: achieve our goals

God created humanity in his image. He knitted each of us in our mother's womb and gave each of us a specific purpose. There is no one exactly like another. Still, we often strain our necks to compare what others are doing or dream of doing with their lives. We must remember this truth: someone else's call does not detract from ours.

The paraphrase of the Voice translates Job 42: 2 as: “I know you can do anything; nothing you can do can be thwarted or frustrated. "

Bible study notes explain: "Job finally sees that God and his purposes are supreme."

God has called us to take care of each other, of the earth and of all the wildlife in it. This requires a lot of work, not just a direct call to the ministry as a pastor, speaker, missionary, etc. Our Heavenly Father works through all kinds of professions and calls to minister to the human heart with His Love.

We are not capable of anything good without God, through Christ Jesus. Once we come across Christ on the path of our life, it is difficult not to give up and follow him ... and when we do, we find true satisfaction in his will to our lives.

PRAYER
Father,

Jesus, our Savior, may the moment we met You remain on top of our minds. Soften our hearts at Your call every day more. Cultivate us in Your wisdom and teach us to adopt Your perspective. Help us to submit our worries, confrontation, jealousy, bitterness and envy to You every day in exchange for a new vision of Your will for our lives.

Day after day, you make us new. We fight so hard to live day after day! We want to know how the story ends and if we will achieve what we set out to do. Increase our trust in You, Christ Jesus, to guide us each day, giving us what we need to be prepared to love the other people you have put into our life.

Make us known of Your work, God, of Your creation. Bless those who are called to care for the earth, working to protect and care for plants, and protecting forests and grasslands.

Bless those you intend to take care of the seas and the life that unites in those waters. Every creature you have placed on earth interests you deeply, but none more than us. It's hard to believe, at times, we were created in Your image!

Thank you for the opportunity to live our lives in the love of Christ, where we wake up each day with a new blessing of grace and forgiveness. Amplify your voice above all others, God. We pray Your will over our lives… about what we want to be when we grow up. Let Your will reign supreme in our plans, today and forever.

In the name of Jesus,
Amen.
