Mother kept alive by a respirator, hugs her baby after 2 months: "I just thought I had to entrust myself to Jesus"

This is the happy ending story of a young mother of Autumn Carver, who lives in Indiana. This woman underwent an emergency caesarean section as she contracted Covid 19 during her pregnancy. The news caused a stir as the woman, attached to a respirator, was only able to hug her baby after more than seven weeks.

The small Huxley was delivered urgently at 33esima week, when the parents, both positive for covid, were in the hospital. Zach, only had a fever but Autumn had pulmonary complications that required the use of a respirator.

The woman in serious condition was airlifted to Methodist Hospital where she gave birth to her third child. The newborn baby underwent a 10-day life support.

Autumn excitedly recounts the moment when, after two months, the 19 October, she was finally able to hold her baby in her arms.

zach, happy, announced this long-awaited event on Facebook , saying that both of them had finally come out of isolation that day and Autumn would have had her tracheotomy replaced with a smaller one that would also allow her to speak.

After this successful day, the woman was transferred to the Northwestern memorial hospital, where he will probably have to undergo a lung transplant, since his are in very bad condition.

From the latest updates from Zach on social media, dating back to 17 November, Autumn continues to make progress, she can now walk without a walker and will be home soon.

The road to recovery is still long, but the woman fights like a lion to go home and embrace her other 2 children and finally be able to start a normal life again. For the entire family, the woman's recovery was an absolute miracle. Everyone's prayers have been answered.
