Meditate on Pentecost with this simple exercise

This method divides Pentecost events into small meditations to be used during the Rosary.

If you are trying to enter the mystery of Pentecost more deeply, one way is to separate the biblical event into smaller segments, reflecting on each action that occurs.

This can be done effectively during the Rosary as you meditate on the Glorious Mysteries.

The Rosary is meant to be a meditative prayer, in which you are immersed in the life of Jesus Christ and his mother. However, sometimes we can get lost in prayers and forget to meditate on the mystery.

One way to stay focused on the mystery and deepen the love and knowledge of Pentecost is to focus on the following short sentences before praying for each Ave Maria. These sentences are found in p. Guide to the Rosary by John Procter and they are a great way to focus our prayer in an easy way.

Hopefully, the phrases will bring our attention back to the mystery we are meditating on, fighting distractions and helping us grow deeper in God's love.
