(...) We always have the impression of knowing how to do everything by ourselves ... We do not think that God is the only reason we exist and live ... Then the weight and value of all that God has done for you constantly becomes clear in your life day after day in an amazing way ... You must therefore be blind not to understand that one of the greatest gifts that God has given us is the presence of Mary. It will be said: Our Lady was already there, how come she now appears? But if the Madonna was already there, why didn't you know her then? This great gift that is Medjugorje exists because God wanted it: God sent His Mother. And nothing, absolutely nothing is due to us, much less this gift. Our Lady came as an unpredictable and welcome gift from God who does not stop in front of our discussions. At this level, interior conversion must take place slowly. The man of today believes himself master of everything and everyone. He is a man to whom everything is due, to whom we must do a lot of reverence, and instead we are not due to anything, not even existence ... Our life is continuously a miracle, it is the manifestation of someone who wants us to live and that keeps us standing. We owed nothing at all! Imagine if we had to make the Madonna uncomfortable from heaven. It is pure grace! Yet the history of these years is a continuous, incredible overabundance of grace that rains from heaven and is called Madonna. The world has never educated us to gratuitousness. May! Instead, before the Eucharist the recovery is total, we get to the heart of the problem: I am his, I am forced before God to be true and sincere. And sincerity poses to say: thank you, Lord! The gratitude of man is born from the gratuitousness of God. Outside of this terrain we cannot understand the programs of the Madonna. There are endless discussions, as in the past 10 years: why does it appear because every day? ... Memory, gratuitousness, sincerity together realize the possibility of a new listening, of a true understanding of the Madonna's program ... Which does not mean understanding everything, but that we are open to enter another level .... - The history of these years tells us three very simple things: 1. Our Lady appears and continues to appear, despite the discussions of theologians etc. 2. It is not static, but it reveals something, it makes its desires known. 3. She reaches us, involves us. It comes directly to people's hearts, surprisingly. In an unexpected and humanly incomprehensible way Mary reaches you. This is because she is the bride of the Holy Spirit and, as the Pope says, the Spirit finds unsuspected ways for men. And this is one of the ways found by him in his incredible imagination ... But we are at a higher level, because everything is dictated by the Holy Spirit and not by the minds of men, who want to decide what is better than Our Lady does or even what to say ... These are the times of the Spirit and of Our Lady ... At Pentecost the Madonna was with the apostles; the Holy Spirit descended there and the Church from there began to exist and to walk ... Why do we be surprised that Our Lady is still among us? We are calm because, if Our Lady and the Spirit want to do something, they do not stop because we or others think differently. They have a plan and carry it forward ... like Jesus, who did not stop in Gethsemane when he was alone and further betrayed ... So in these times Our Lady will not stop in front of our discussions ... But the apparition is not only a fact, it is also an event, that is, a fact that has great consequences ... We think of the facts that are called conversions, forgiveness of sin; that are called joy, fullness, regaining the sense of life, blessings, providential encounters, healing from physical and spiritual diseases, miracles, wonders (even the ex-votos in the sanctuaries recall miraculous interventions of Mary for many children: for this it is good that stay there) ... Then the apparitions are thanks, they are an event. As she appears, Our Lady does not shut up, but speaks, communicates to souls ... She has the right to do so because she is Mother of God and of the Church, Mother of Christians, and of angels ... So if she manifests herself, it is because she has the right to manifest to souls, to reach out to his children, to shake them for the truth, to tell them that they are children of God. You don't fool us. Faced with this, we are careful not to fall into two tremendously negative and widespread errors in our day: 1. Centinuate to interrogate Maria and demand answers that are not due to us. She is not an ordinary person ... We must approach the Mystery, reminding us that it is a mystery. Moses took off his shoes. It would be enough to see how the Poles approach the Black Madonna to understand a little more about the seriousness with which we must approach the Madonna and the Lord. (So ​​it is useless to tell children that Jesus is a friend, when it is not known how to say that he is the Son of God) ... So do not expect her to answer us. So the first condition to understand Maria's plans is to shut up and listen to what you have to say. So one is silent and listens, including theologians ... 2. To understand Her plans we must not compare Our Lady to any other man, even very good in the Church, not even to the Saints, because she is Queen of Saints. What you say is unique. To think that what you do in the parish or in that movement at the bottom is better than what you think or do You are an objective, theological and pastoral mistake ... What Our Lady does cannot be comparable to what any other pastor can do. Apart from that you respect everyone first: Pope, bishops, priests, even if you humbly say: it is better that you do this! Two years after the apparitions, the bishop of Spaiato had said that at that time the Madonna in Bosnia and Herzegovina had done more than all the bishops put together in 40 years ... She came to make the Gospel live in the Church today because there we convert and do not harm ourselves. Removed these two errors, we can humbly say that Our Lady manifests herself because she loves her Son and loves men. He wants to propose to men what He has done, that is, their salvation, the way to be saved. This is why he repeated many times: I want you in Heaven, I want you saints, etc ... Our Lady wants to fully and fully recall the Gospel, do not think of theologians or any other person. It does not refer to our habitual patterns, in which the Church too can be stumbled upon, as external structures, without checking its soul. It does not refer to our opinions on the Gospel, but recalls the Gospel. In France I have heard the concept that Our Lady says nothing more than what we already know about the Gospel. Of course, but precisely because no one lives the Gospel anymore, Our Lady does not limit herself to recalling the Gospel, but makes it live… Here Our Lady began with these people, by a small group of young people from a common parish to make the Gospel live: this is why Medjugorje has become a "show" before the world and angels. So she did not come only to call the Gospel, but she simply came to make it live ... And the only content from which the whole Gospel is pervaded is the conversion: "Get converted and believe in the Gospel" (Mk 1,15:XNUMX). But conversion has its needs; It is necessary before God comes to meet you, because that is His gift. Secondly, the laws he dictates. If he comes to meet you, you will walk towards him insofar as you respect those who came to meet you and accept what he proposes to you. Our Lady came to call the Gospel in a practical way, to dictate again, since we no longer remembered the necessary and indispensable needs for conversion. Why has it been appearing for 10 years? It is not our right to know, but we need only consider that such a long time means an incredible patience in starting to educate ourselves on what had been totally forgotten, which was never repeated in the Church and which is called the alphabet and the pedagogy of the Gospel. Our Lady started all over again, she made us do not the first grade but kindergarten ... It did not come from heaven for some people who were a little more willing, but to say again that humanity must be converted. And since it is more than a century that continues to say the same things, it means that the danger is increasingly imminent: the danger of our damnation: in the Gospel it is called damnation. And Jesus often speaks of the devil, therefore it is useless to be scandalized by the fact that Our Lady comes to tell us that Satan exists: Jesus has always said it. And it is good that we begin to laugh at it from the pulpit of the Churches, to unsuspecting souls. The fact that Satan is there and we never talk about it has clearly seen what he has produced in twenty years. Then Our Lady as Queen of Earth and Heaven wants us to understand that Her coming among us is a great hope, it is a great lifeline for anyone, for the Church, for non-believers, for believers in something, for desperate, the sick, the missing and all you want.

Return to the sacraments for God to heal us and carry out our conversion

In the Church these words are scary and to please others we no longer speak of penance, sacrifice, or fasting ...
Does it seem little to you? Too easy to take from the Gospel only what we like and are comfortable with. Instead, Our Lady came to repeat it to us in its entirety. She came to laugh at us that it is better to walk in the Gospel a little at a time for what it is, and to live it humbly slowly to the end rather than forgetting or accommodating it, and to give ourselves to great works: the result of this adaptation is already seen for many years: a mountain of trouble. All agitated to chase the world: and with what results!
Our Lady took the initiative to come and suggest, as a spiritual and universal teacher, that it is better to return to the Sacraments ... She, as Mother of the Church, returns to center the reason why the Church exists.

The Church exists precisely through the strength of the Risen Christ, present in the SS. Eucharist. So he tells us: Dear my children, go to church to pray and participate in the Holy Mass, instead of having many meetings. Let us remember that no one else can do what the Eucharist can do ...

Then the return to the sacraments is a pedagogy, which indicates a movement by which we walk, rise, shake; you exit one door and enter another: a movement with which you kneel ... Then the return to the Sacraments must be just a "violent" thing from a pedagogical point of view, even when teaching children. When we do the catechism for the little ones we go back to teaching the sacraments well ...

When there are so many negative things in us, how can we win alone? You have already fallen once, ten… How do you manage to win alone a force that has already taken you a thousand times? What claim do you have? If that temptation or your self-love is much stronger than your ability to resist, will you tell me who you need to go to to win? We have to fight with the prince of darkness, with the Satanassi that wander around, as they said in the prayer to San Michele, (which was removed perhaps because today it is unfashionable to talk about the devil). No, the satanassi are really there and you have to fight them with the right years. Then go to confession! St. Charles went there every day ... The Lord is in the Sacrament and it is necessary that all pedagogy, even childhood, lead back to this evangelical education in the full sense. Children are brought back to church and helped to understand what is bad and what is good. The two main tracks of spiritual life are: Eucharist and Confession. Once a track has been removed, the train goes off track: if one of these two tracks is removed, the spiritual life is non-existent. This is the tragic point in the church: in the end you replace God, even in works of charity; which, for this reason, most of the time are a failure, because one pretends to do what only God can do. Then the two sacraments bring back in the pedagogy and in Christian education the category so abhorred and forgotten of sacrifice.

Prayer, indispensable relationship with Who makes you live. Stand before God because God changes you
Prayer and fasting are the way to conversion ... But to convert we must do something: run to the sacraments. This is clear: where God is there you go. If I love Jesus, if I love a person I go to her. You can't say you love a person without ever being with them. It is prayer that puts the finger back on the wound, which more often than not is left to rot under the bandages of so many other things we do ... Works are done on works without considering the truth and entering into it.

Prayer is the act by which you correspond to the truth, because man is a creature and son of God, and as such he must be in relationship with God. If you remove this relationship, there is only a mask of man ... Our Lady calls to the need for this relationship with God: if we no longer pray, things cannot work well. He has given the laws to nature, He has given to the heart of every man the Spirit who moans and waits for you to deign to look at Him, to pray to Him, to listen to Him, to let yourself be guided. Prayer is the profound truth of man. It is the supreme, greatest act that Man can perform, of which all the others are the consequence, including works ...
And it is difficult to pray well and always. For this reason Our Lady says:
then get up, pray ... And if you find it hard to pray, it means that there you have to purify yourself ... And this is purification: to stand before God until God determines the conditions: this costs, but such is the need for true conversion ... We change before God because it is God who changes us, we don't change ourselves.

Fasting is sacrificing instinct for what is essential
Fasting, says Our Lady, is first of all fasting from sin. It is absurd to make any other fasting and to have one's heart linked to capital vices. But starting to take something away from you anyway, so your stomach hurts a bit because you're hungry, means refocusing all the talk about the fact that your instinct is better if you sacrifice yourself in front of what is essential for your life and that it's called God.

Jesus says to the devil: man does not live by bread alone. But we Christians say: Eh no! You have to eat. Instead we begin to say: man does not live by bread alone, as the Gospel affirms, because our destruction occurs in this way: first we put our thoughts and in this way we try to adapt the Gospel to you. Instead, Our Lady wants that in our first life there is the Gospel, to which we convert all our way of life, especially instinct. Saint Francis made four lent a year .., Today, if one is on a diet to lose weight, he is a man to be esteemed, but if he is on bread and water because God indicates this path of purification, he is a fanatic Here is the pedagogy of Our Lady: call to truth and say good to what is good and bad to what is bad.

It is necessary to keep in mind that all of this Our Lady desires it for the whole of humanity, especially for the Church, because the work of purification is much heavier within a mentality that is consumed behind false idols ... This program which you see very well here in Medjugorje it is just for every man. Our Lady is a refuge for sinners and here conversions take place that the Church herself in many years has never seen. What's the reason? It is precisely this call to the radicality of the Gospel.

When Jesus presented himself to sinners, sinners were converted. If today they are no longer converted, there is something wrong with pastoral programs. Then Our Lady came to explain that, in order for things to work, sinners - of whom we are the first - must be welcomed back into the truth, which we do not have the courage to offer them today: and the truth is Jesus, who love and who really thinks about your life ... We must put the Lord first because sinners get converted: it is He who converts them, it is not us: it is here where pastoral care is lacking.

Sinners are converted only because Someone accepts them completely and forgives them, but demands that they no longer sin: "Go and sin no more". But who poses this possibility of not sinning anymore? The man? It is only God who patiently, in the sacraments, welcomes you back and gives you the opportunity one at a time to become another. This is what sinners feel: they understand where they have to go to be loved and to change their heads, because Someone finally understands their sin and tells them the steps they must take.
Then "Refuge of sinners" means that Our Lady is the Mother of all and therefore the mission before each of us is to continually and insistently recall, first of all in us, the mercy that God used by sending the Madonna to us, to then embrace everyone else in the same gift. And you come one by one to all the hearts that open wide. Hearts melt if they are sincere. We have seen it many times here in Medjugorje. Why did the thirty people who climbed Podbrdo on the last pilgrimage cry in the end? How to get there? It is the Heart of the Madonna that touches one by one the hearts in those inner particularities that nobody knows, but she does. And so you can get there and get there. This is Medjugorje ..
