Medjugorje: Our Lady says how a family should behave

Message dated October 19, 1983
I want every family to consecrate themselves every day to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to my Immaculate Heart. I will be very happy if every family gets together half an hour every morning and every evening to pray together.
Some passages from the Bible that can help us understand this message.
Gn 1,26-31
And God said: "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and dominate the fish of the sea and the birds of the sky, the cattle, all the wild beasts and all the reptiles that crawl on the earth". God created man in his image; in the image of God he created it; male and female created them. God blessed them and said to them: “Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth; subjugate it and dominate the fish of the sea and the birds of the sky and every living thing that crawls on the earth ”. And God said: “Behold, I give you every herb that produces seed and that is on all the earth and every tree in which it is the fruit, that produces seed: they will be your food. To all the wild beasts, to all the birds of the sky and to all the beings that crawl on the earth and in which it is the breath of life, I feed every green grass ”. And so it happened. God saw what he had done, and behold, it was a very good thing. And it was evening and it was morning: sixth day.
Mt 19,1-12
After these speeches, Jesus left Galilee and went to the territory of Judea, beyond the Jordan. And a large crowd followed him and there he healed the sick. Then some Pharisees approached him to test him and asked him: "Is it lawful for a man to repudiate his wife for any reason?". And he replied: “Have you not read that the Creator created them male and female at first and said: This is why man will leave his father and mother and join his wife and the two will be one flesh? So that they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate ". They objected to him, "Why then did Moses order to give her the act of repudiation and send her away?" Jesus replied to them: “For the hardness of your heart Moses allowed you to repudiate your wives, but from the beginning it was not so. Therefore I say to you: Anyone who repudiates his wife, except in the event of a concubination, and marries another commits adultery. " The disciples said to him: "If this is the condition of man with respect to woman, it is not convenient to marry". 11 He replied to them: “Not everyone can understand it, but only those to whom it has been granted. In fact, there are eunuchs who were born from the mother's womb; there are some who have been made eunuchs by men, and there are others who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven. Who can understand, understand ”.
THE PROMISES OF THE HEART OF JESUS
Jesus made many promises to St. Margaret Maria Alacoque. How many are they? As there are many colors and sounds, but all attributable to the seven colors of the iris and the seven musical notes, so, as can be seen from the writings of the Saint, there are many promises of the Sacred Heart, but they can be reduced to twelve, which they usually report: 1 - I will give them all the graces necessary for their condition; 2 - I will put and keep peace in their families; 3 - I will console them in all their afflictions; 4 - I will be their refuge in life and especially on the point of death; 5 - I will spread the most abundant blessings over all their endeavors; 6 - Sinners will find in my Heart the source and the infinite ocean of mercy; 7 - Lukewarm souls will become fervent; 8 - The fervent souls will rise rapidly to great perfection; 9 - I will even bless the houses where the image of my Sacred Heart will be exposed and venerated; 10- I will give the priests the grace to move the hardened hearts; 11 - The people who propagate this devotion of mine will have their name written in my Heart and will never be canceled; 12 - The so-called "Great Promise" of which we will now speak.

Are these promises authentic?
The revelations in general and the promises in particular made to 5. Margherita were meticulously examined and, after severe deliberation, approved by the Sacred Congregation of Rites, whose judgment was later confirmed by the Supreme Pontiff Leo XII in 1827. Leo XIII, in his Apostolic Letter of 28 June 1889 urged to respond to the invitations of the Sacred Heart in view of the "admirable promised rewards".

What is the "Great Promise"?
It is the last of the twelve promises, but the most important and extraordinary, because with it the Heart of Jesus ensures the most important grace of "death in the grace of God", therefore eternal salvation to those who will make Communion in their honor in the First Friday of nine consecutive months. Here are the precise words of the Great Promise:
«I PROMISE YOU, IN THE EXCESS OF THE MERCY OF MY HEART, THAT MY ALMIGHTY LOVE WILL GRANT THE GRACE OF FINAL PENANCE TO ALL THOSE WHO WILL COMMUNICATE THE FIRST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH FOR NINE MONTHS FOLLOWING. THEY WILL NOT DIE IN MY DISCRETION. NEVER WITHOUT RECEIVING THE HOLY SACRAMENTS, AND IN THE LAST MOMENTS MY HEART WILL BE THEIR SAFE ASYLUM ».
