Medjugorje: a double healing

A double healing

In the parish house we met with a man from Pordenone, who told us his story:
“I have been a blasphemer for 40 years. Never to mass and I was the scandal of my country. At one point I became seriously ill with asthma. In the hospital the doctors no longer knew what to do: my breathing was getting more and more labored, but I was cursing desperately. Until one night I had a dream: I saw Our Lady saying to me: 'Come to Medjugorje.' From that moment on I never cursed again. I said to my wife: "Take me to Our Lady in Yugoslavia". I felt very bad and could not drive the car. I arrived just at the moment of the apparition in front of the parsonage. I didn't know anyone. Yet Father Slavko called me from afar and made me enter the room insistently. I felt ashamed because my breathing was rather a rattle that disturbed everyone. I wanted to go out, but at that moment the visionaries entered. I strengthened myself, and stayed to pray even if I didn't know how to pray. I accompanied in thought what others said ...

When the visionaries knelt for the apparition suddenly my gasp disappeared, I began to breathe normally without effort. I was cured twice: first from blasphemy, and now from my asthma. I came to thank and make my deposition, followed by the medical documents. I can never thank the Madonna who saved me twice. "

The prayer of Nedjugorje

7 PATER, AVE, GLORY, MAGNIFICAT.

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

I BELIEVE OR APOSTOLIC SYMBOL.
I believe in God the Almighty Father, creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ, our Lord, who was conceived of the Holy Spirit, was born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell, on the third day he was resurrected according to the scriptures. He has risen to heaven, sits at the right hand of the Father and will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic church, the Communion of Saints, the remission of sins, the resurrection of the flesh, eternal life.
Amen.

OUR FATHER.
Our Father, who art in heaven let your name be sanctified, your kingdom come and your will be done, as in heaven as on earth. Give us our daily bread today, forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

AVE MARIA.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you, you are blessed among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

GLORY TO THE FATHER.
Glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, now and always in the centuries, in the centuries. Amen.

(They repeat 7 times).

Magnificat.
My soul magnifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God, my Savior
because he looked at the humility of his servant.
From now on generations will call me blessed.
The Almighty has done great things for me and Holy is his name: from generation to generation his mercy extends to those who fear him.
He explained the power of his arm; he has scattered the proud in the thoughts of their heart; he overthrew the mighty from the thrones, he raised the humble.
He filled the hungry with good things, sent the rich away empty-handed.
He rescued his servant Israel, remembering his mercy, as he had promised Abraham and his descendants forever.

Glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, now and always in the centuries, in the centuries. Amen.

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
