He dies at 8 and goes back: "Jesus gave me a message for the world"

United States of America. October 19, 1997 Landon Whitley he was in the back seat of the car driven by his father, with his mother beside him, when the tragedy occurred.

Julie KempLandon's mom recalled: “I didn't see why she was screaming. I didn't see the ambulance coming. I remember, however, that he was screaming. This was the last thing I heard about him ”, or her husband Andy, before the impact with the rescue vehicle at an intersection.

Landon was 8 years old. The father died instantly. The rescuers, who had stabilized the condition of the mother, did not notice that the child was also in the car.

Julie explained: "They couldn't see his body due to the damage that occurred on the driver's side of the car and Landon was sitting behind his father." However, when the little boy's shoe was spotted, the rescuers began looking for him and, once they found him, they realized that he was not breathing. Landon's heart stopped beating twice more that day and he was always revived but never out of harm's way.

Julie said: “The doctors told me that if he survived, due to brain damage, he would not be able to walk, talk or eat. But I wanted him to be okay. It was all I had ”.

As Landon was fighting for her life, Julie greeted her husband for the last time, admitting that, on the day of the funeral, that she turned hard to God: “I was disappointed, heartbroken. I didn't understand why it happened, because God hadn't sent angels to protect us. Immediately after, however, I prayed that my son would stay alive ”.

And Landon, although he had a severe head injury and remained in a coma, connected to machinery, after two weeks he opened his eyes and without any brain damage.

Julie's account: “He had scars on his face and his head hurt. I asked him, 'Landon, do you know where your father is? And he: 'Yes, I know. I saw it in Paradiso ".

Landon also said he saw family friends and siblings in Heaven he didn't know he had: “He looked at me and said, 'Mom, by the way, I forgot to tell you. I saw your other two children'. I looked at him because I wasn't sure what he was talking about. But I had two miscarriages before Landon was born. And he saw them in Heaven. We had never shared it with Landon. He did not know that we had lost two children before him ”.

Landon had similar experiences whenever his heart stopped. He also claimed to have met Jesus, from whom he received a message and a mission.

His words: “Jesus came to me and told me I had to go back to Earth and be a good Christian and tell others about Him. I just want people to realize that Jesus is real, there is a heaven, there are the Angels. And we must follow His word and the Bible ”.

Today Landon and Julie follow the commandment Jesus gave them that day every day.
